OKAY! I have been waiting for this location. I love the food here and it was right across the street from where i used to stay. The only complaint is that he lady that's there in the evening always has a shitty attitude and acts she doesn't want to prepare it. It makes you not even want to order your sub how you want it. And the. She gets mad if you don't tip. Other than that the food it's great. I would still go because I needed to eat and there food is Great. Just hoped they had better customer service

Terrible. Horrible quality food. The staff picked out the least good looking items to serve. I am genuinely afraid of how I feel after eating here. I recently got out of the hospital and am really afraid this is going to send me back to the hospital. Do not eat here. It is not worth it. I believe I have Salmonella poisoning. Which is a bacteria. Which causes stomach aches, diarrhea, vomiting and a series of other symptoms that is caused by unwashed items and items that are not refrigerated properly.

Can you give Zero stars? I placed an online order for one Sandwich and showed up 20 minutes later. No order and I stood around for another 20 minutes because all the tables were too dirty to sit down. I finally gave up and left and contacted Jersey Mikes through the app for a refund. They are understaffed and poorly managed. Go to the Brookhaven one for your normal Jersey Mikes experience.

Manager super uncaring and unprofessional. We placed massive order for our team lunch, no sub was labeled. We had to use gloves and dig through everyone’s sandwiches to figure out who’s each sandwich belongs to. People have food allergies and cannot consume certain food items. She didn’t care. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

I have ordered online from this place MANY times since it’s so close to me and EVERYTIME they get my order wrong. I never get the bread I selected, rosemary instead of white. There’s BARELY any ingredients in my sandwich. I have to order extra of everything. This is honestly ridiculously!!

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Stopped by this store and lady took two customers before me even though she saw me standing there and refused to acknowledge me!! Even when I was just there for a pick-up order & I had got there before the other customer. She saw me standing there and proceeded to take ANOTHER customer who had walked in the store AFTER ME! I did notice the customers she took after me were white and were treated completely different and her demeanor was completely different towards me. And after my experience, I read prior reviews and this seems to be a reoccurring issue. Store definitely needs new management, a customer should NEVER leave any restaurant feeling discriminated. Will not be returning. Save yourself the trouble and go to another place that will hopefully have better service and hospitality.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The woman who manages this restaurant is the rudest and angriest person. We stopped eating there for years because every interaction with her was so unpleasant and went back today. She was still there and yelling at her employees and customers alike. The restaurant was very dirty, not a single clean table and all of the employees were grumpy too….having to work with her I can imagine. Why is this location still open? We now go to the one on Briarcliff all the time and they are awesome. Positive and upbeat.
Today was the first time I hadn’t tipped since Covid…and I didn’t feel a bit of remorse.
Horrible food prep. Rude service and no shits given. Never again!

I walked in at 7:20 pm. Tyrone says “take out?” …. No greeting, no smile, just an attitude devoid of soul, personality or brains. I ask, “are you closing soon? His only response was a head nod, as if speaking is too much of an effort. I ask, “what time do you close?” He says “8:00”… 40 minutes from closing and in his mind he already locked the doors and started smoking pot.
