I see why this place has a 2 star rating. Employees on 01/8 made our one sub wrong, despite there being no other customers. We drove all the way back to the store and they remade the sub but still didn’t make it correctly; there is so much mayo slopped on it it’s nearly inedible.

The most frustrating thing about this is neither employee apologized for their mistake. Please take the time to coach your employees on how they’re supposed to act when they mess up because clearly they don’t know.

I was denied service due to me having my service dog with me. The employee had an attitude and while I was trying to explain that he was a service animal and proceeded to walk away. To top it off there weren’t any patrons in the establishment. Corporate should train there employees before they get themselves into a lawsuit.You would think you would get reasonable service in this part of town.

Jersey Mike's must allow service dogs inside, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), meaning they can accompany patrons in dining areas, but the dog must be housebroken, controlled, and well-behaved, with staff able to ask for removal if the animal disrupts the business. While some locations have outdoor pet-friendly spots, the federal law mandates indoor access for genuine service animals, not pets.

The older black lady,who may be the manager was horrible. She was yelling at her coworkers. Also she was just plain rude to me and my family after asking for another sub to go. Literally yelling at me to go back to the end of the line. One other person was behind me. She is nasty and has zero customer service.

The older black lady that was mentioned before needs to be FIRED! She yells at coworkers, and customers. I would go back, only if she gets fired. Never know what mood she will be in, meaning bad or worse.

Ordered on door dash, they didn’t get my order right at all. Left my chips out the bag. Called to get refunded for them and was given an order to come get them. “If I felt like leaving my hotel room I would not have door dashed in the first place.” Manager was out, they said he’d call me back to refund me. That never happened. I like a wet sandwich so I always ask for mayo on both pieces of bread that didn’t happen & if they did make it mikes way they only added a pinch of each of the miles way ingredients.

The employees are extremely rude and have awful attitudes. The tables are filthy, so you can’t even sit down and enjoy your food. When you walk in, no one greets or acknowledges you. Honestly, I hope this location gets shut down.

The older black lady is hella rude to delivery drivers which is crazy considering we’re all in food service. She asked me to confirm the order (which I already was doing but i had to take a photo first) i did it anyway then as i was leaving she said “now can you turn around and show me the new screen?” Like huh? This weird power trope that people is so unsettling and annoying, but I do it anyway because I’m trying to leave with no problems and the order is already late (I was supposed to pick it up by 10:16 even though on her end she said it was 10:22). I laughed a little and started shaking my head (I couldn’t help it but the whole situation was so ridiculous to me lol) Then she suddenly got crazy buck and said, “WE HAVE TO CONFIRM THE ORDER I DONT KNOW WHY YALL ALWAYS GET SO MAD”

And it’s like 2 things - 1. So clearly you do this often and see it’s annoying to people but you still do it…
2. I’m not even upset??? Why are you yelling? 😭

So I tell her, “it’s because it messes with our times and the order is already late.”

She then starts actually yelling while a customer is in there like “MAAM IM NOT GONNA ARGUE WITH YOU HAVE A NICE DAY HAVE A NICE DAY” and she says some other things but I’ve already left, I can just hear her yelling through the door.

Like bro, why ask a question and then get upset when I respond. And on top of that, at no point was I upset or yelling at you so why did you return so much energy to me? It’s literally 10am on a Sunday and your mad AND being extra over a sandwich… I promise you 99% of drivers are not trying to steal your precious Club Sub, we’re just trying to get out the door and get to the next order. You delaying that by doing 2 step verification over a $3 delivery I’m doing makes that just much more difficult and it doesn’t have to be. And if you’re like that to me, i can only imagine how you are to other customers. Do a lot better bro, we’re in Buckhead not College Park. You have zero reason to act like that. Especially considering you were calm with the white guy that was in front of me but wanted to get unnecessarily buck with me a fellow black woman who literally has zero issue with you? Fix your clearly internal problems before you slice some more provolone.

The absolute worst Jersey Mike's around. First of all, the employees are extremely rude and vulgar. There is one particular lady that works there that seems to be in a bad mood constantly and taking it out on paying customers AND their delivery drivers. Always seem to see her screaming at someone. The food is subpar, go a few miles up Roswell Rd and turn onto Glenridge to get yourself some Firehouse Subs. Better subs and the customer service is excellent. Will never go here again, even if they change their employees.

I did a Doordash order today for Jersey Mike's. I know for a FACT that it came from the 3740 Roswell Rd NE location. I always order a turkey sub with banana peppers and pickles but they either NEVER put the banana peppers on there or it's only one for an entire sub. Once I placed my order, I called the location to ask them to PLEASE remember the banana peppers. The lady who answered was VERY RUDE and hung the phone up. My co-worker also calls back for me and the lady also hung up on her. NEVER WILL I EVER order or patronize this location again. She is more than likely the reason why you all have 2.8/5.0 stars!!!! I WILL be contacting Doordash and filing a complaint with them as well

OKAY! I have been waiting for this location. I love the food here and it was right across the street from where i used to stay. The only complaint is that he lady that's there in the evening always has a shitty attitude and acts she doesn't want to prepare it. It makes you not even want to order your sub how you want it. And the. She gets mad if you don't tip. Other than that the food it's great. I would still go because I needed to eat and there food is Great. Just hoped they had better customer service

Terrible. Horrible quality food. The staff picked out the least good looking items to serve. I am genuinely afraid of how I feel after eating here. I recently got out of the hospital and am really afraid this is going to send me back to the hospital. Do not eat here. It is not worth it. I believe I have Salmonella poisoning. Which is a bacteria. Which causes stomach aches, diarrhea, vomiting and a series of other symptoms that is caused by unwashed items and items that are not refrigerated properly.

Can you give Zero stars? I placed an online order for one Sandwich and showed up 20 minutes later. No order and I stood around for another 20 minutes because all the tables were too dirty to sit down. I finally gave up and left and contacted Jersey Mikes through the app for a refund. They are understaffed and poorly managed. Go to the Brookhaven one for your normal Jersey Mikes experience.
