The workers are nice they welcome you in. They need to put more meat on the sandwich. The bread was too hard and the put lettuce was too old.
I wish I could say it was a single experience. My wife and I have been going to this JMike’s location for over 3 years. When management changed some time back, there was a marked downturn in all aspects of this location. Running out of product, dirty dining room, poor stock levels of chips, etc. My wife and I even became familiar with some of the staff (many of which have quit since) and even they admit that the place is very poorly run.
