Ordered a sandwich that took 30 minutes to get delivered. When the driver came he acted like I did something wrong. Directed me to sign the slip, checked it to see what the tip amount was and just left. No thank you, no sorry, just attitude. I hate I even gave him 1 cent :( Then I look at my sandwich :( :( :( I asked for EZ mayo and it lloks like it has extra mayo and where are my cucumbers????
Christina Woodward is the manager of the local Jimmy John's in downtown Atlanta (60 Luckie Street, N.W.). I called her today to explain that my Italian Club with "extra" ham and cheese, in fact had neither. First time eating JJ; online ordering was painless, delivery guy was nice, and the food ... oh the food is great!

Jimmy John's has friendly staff who are kind and remember regular orders. The workers are dedicated and often go above and beyond, even when busy. However, the restaurant can be unclean, with trash on the floors and no paper towels in the bathrooms. The food is okay but sometimes skimping on toppings, and the loud music makes conversation difficult. Despite this, the area around is lively with many people and live music.
