I got a pan of rib tips they were pretty good tender, not salty, smoky and so easy to eat enough that my two year ate with ease. But remember call in your order first, cause I did call a hour early and when I got there I still had to wait another 5 -10 minutes, but instead of getting angry, I rather make sure I have fully cooked food, and it was good

First of all, this place open at 12pm so why do you open 15-30 minutes before your scheduled time which is the same time your customers arrive. There is no way WE (customers) should wait over 20-25 minutes for a rib/chicken dinner instead you have customers waiting 3-4 hours which is ridiculous. YOU ARE TAKING PERSONAL ORDERS FOR FRIENDS AND THEY DON'T HAVE TO WAIT. PLEASE EXPLAIN, IF I PLACED AN ORDER FOR BARBECUE CHICKEN 10 MINS AFTER YOU OPEN AND YOU TELL ME 2.5 HOURS LATER THAT YOU ARE OUT OF CHICKEN, LIES!!!!
Customers, please make sure that you get a receipt that reflects the breakdown of your order because...they know why??? I am wondering if this establishment pay taxes 🤔

I am so disappointed after spending $90 dollars for a pan of ribs & chicken because I was definitely overcharged. More importantly, the pan of chicken was not BARBECUED AT ALL (ROTISSERIE) with the BURNT marks from the rotisserie seasoned very well but the PAN OF CHICKEN was NOT from the GRILL. I AM A COOK TOO so I know YOU don't care.

I love their food. For some reason they will not purchase a additional grill to eliminate the wait they are famous for. Makes no sense to me. Still the best Bar B Que in S.W. Atlanta.

I'm from Chicago and trying to find some really good BBQ has been a task until I found out about them. Depending on what time you go it can be 30-45 minutes or a couple of hours either way I always plan to hang out when I come to JJs because the food is worth it to me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place should not still be in business!! The service is horrible! The ribs are not fresh! Leftover ribs that’s boil to revamp the meat. And the wait time for some bland boiled ribs is insane!! I wish I could give it - 0 stars

I had a visit on 7/3/25, arrived at 10:45, doors didn't open until 12pm. I was about #10 in line, as I was entering, it was announced chicken was sold out. I said how could that be possible, you haven't taken any orders. So, I sat waiting until 3:45, but I was late for work. So the female in the front had already placed my order for chicken for the 4th which is the next day. I left and came back the next day, I arrived at 8:45, there was one car there before me and we lined up in that order, the 1st person got her order in 10 maybe 15 mins. I sat there until almost 4pm, still no order. During that time, I was seeing orders being placed in the rear of restaurant for higher price, for example, 1 customer told me his order was $90 but he can get his order for $180, and so made a deal with the owner and didn't have to wait, and the male left with his order. There was several transactions that took place in that same manner that day. Disregarding the other customers time and money. I think they should be audited and shut down. They inconvenienced people, the manager refused to come out and face customers, no apologies, the employees had a very bad attitude, and was very rude. You had customers upset, but then act as if we was the problem after most of us was there for 2 days and still didn't get served. I am not just going to stop here. I will not be satisfied until they understand you can't mistreat people and prosper. God don't like ugly. They will get just what they deserve.

If You Want Grade A Poor Service Go Here I Order A Day In Advance For Pickup And Was Still Met With Mannheim After Having To Fight For Compensation With The “Cashier” I Waited For 4hrs Only To Hear From Another Patron There Was No More Food

I was feeling nostalgic and decided that I wanted some rib tips from JJ’s. After placing my order with the rude employee I politely sat down and waited for my order. Talking to other patrons that had been waiting 3 hours for their order. Therefore I canceled my order and went home. NO ONES RIB TIPS ARE WORTH A 3 HOUR WAIT!!!
