I realized my passport expired 48 hours before an international flight. I was able to book an appointment in the Atlanta Passport Agency for the next day in the morning at 9:30am. By 11am, I had my passport in hand. The people were all extremely friendly, EVERYONE, from the security to the tellers. This made an extremely stressful experience much better. This literally is the best run government agency I have ever dealt with. THANK YOU!!!
I was so nervous about getting my daughters’ passports so close to our planned trip. Once I arrived at my appointment, things were very organized and seamless! My appointment was at 8am and I was out the door at 8:32am! Tiffani (at the window) was so, so helpful and reassuring. Less than twenty minutes from start to finish for a lost passport application. The staff is courteous and efficient, everyone from the security detail to the folks attending to customers. Kudos to everyone!
