They have the best southern soul food in Atlanta. Skip the tourist traps like Mary Mac’s and the bougie takes like South City Kitchen and head over to K&K. Get there early if you want banana pudding though. It is cafeteria style don’t expect table service.
I stopped by here for lunch because when I passed during breakfast the parking lot was packed. I am very pleased with the taste and quality of the food. The service was also very good. I got turkey wings, macaroni and cheese and candied yams with a corn muffin. The woman making my plate accidentally put greens on it which I did not eat only because I don’t eat pork and the lady at the cash register told me it’s made with pork juice. Whew, I finally got there to get me a good Ole pork chop sammich. And it didn't disappoint! Saw they had ole stool okra and got that too......sssssooooooo delicious with the corn bread. Ole nasty slimy stuff
