Went on my lunch break. Ordered honey bbq tenders. Recieved plain no sauce for dipping and no honey bbq. No straw for my drink and no salt and pepper or silverware in the bag. Didn’t have time to turn around as I’m on my lunch break but do better!! It’s not hard to make sure the order is correct and the essentials are in the bag. Can’t even drink my tea!! And this was the manager working the window. Clearly not even paying any attention.

I was out doing Uber Eats which is my job made a stop there at about 9:00 in the evening the gentleman running the cash register in the window was awesome with customer service and the food was so good that I had to just take a minute and park and eat hope to see you guys soon

Food is good, but fast food isn’t fast if it take 30+ minutes to get your food. Not to mention the likelihood that your order will be wrong. Customer service is nonexistent if you don’t order in the drive thru. And that’s at all day. Don’t even bother at peak hours.

Stopped by this past Thursday afternoon to get a chicken meal for my mother and was told they do have anything left because they filled a $100 order by the young lady at the counter. The gentleman in the kitchen was telling the Lady up front that there were items to be cool but it would be a few minutes. She insisted that there was no more food in the restaurant. Therefore I left and went to another restaurants in the area. Check on your employees often they will destroy your business. I'll just go to the new Popeyes from now on.

If I could give this location, zero stars, I definitely would. Today I was in this area of town and needed to use the restroom. I tagged on the door to the women’s restroom. It was locked. I was told I had to purchase something first. I said OK. I proceeded to look over the menu. In a condescending tone she told me I had to use the kiosk. No hello no Customer Service no friendliness. Everything was done in a matter of fact type of tone.

Went here tonight at 10:00 pm on the dot! Now, let me remind you that they close at 11pm. The manager told me that they only had crispy chicken available. I asked how long for original chicken to be ready? He told me that they were no longer cooking original chicken because that they were closing. I said to him, sir it’s only 10 PM. he said I know, but it takes 22 minutes for us to prep and cook it. Needless to say I left chicken less. UNBELIEVABLE! I will definitely be reaching out to the General Manager ASAP! Just ridiculous!

I don't care how long someone been working at a fast food place or slow food place. First off if you have a attitude at work straight up go home. This person (woman) taking my order clearly doesn't understand or can't read the menu board. Trying to tell me we don't have a 5 piece tenders combo. Lady it's the #6 clearly says 5 piece. Definitely would not recommend coming back to this location. Service was extremely awful.
