Had not eaten all day in hospital KFC.on way home on ,February 3, 2025
Chicken had been under light all afternoon. It was too tough to chew and was not crispy. AWFUL

This particular KFC is always out of items. For example, there was a KFC app special for the chicken pot pie(CPP) for $3.99. When I ordered the special, they don't have it because it something they didn't get to cook the CPP. Another time, I got notification of a KFC app special with chicken. They didn't have the special and didn't offer any other options. I'm starting to believe that they are never gonna have the specials, and this is to lure you to the store just to buy something else on the menu that's not a special.

Horrible service, makes customers pull up and wait for orders in order to get their drive time down. I waited for 15 mins on an order that was only one combo. Ended up leaving without getting my food.

I arrived at 12:19; I took about 30 seconds to get my money to pay. The young lady who waited on me was very nice but told me to go to the front door and she would bring out my order. I think she said something about me taking too long to get my money was causing the delay with my order. I pulled up to what I thought was the front door and waited over 10 minutes. Then all of a sudden this young man appears with two orders in his hands signaling for me to pull forward. He was saying something but I had my window rolled up. I rolled down my window and he seemed to be very upset, saying something about me not following directions, etc. He approached my car and sort of slinger my order to me, and continued to mouth something that I could not hear or understand. I am sorry for parking in the wrong place but believe this employee needs some Customer Service training. By the way, my Nashville Tenders was missing the pickles.

I ordered the Festive Feast 6 pc Chicken + 6 pc Tenders from UberEats. I felt that it was an okay deal. Upon opening my order, I noticed hair fibers on several chicken tenders and that the tenders were grayish. Everything else was fine, besides the fact that the tenders had issues and the KFC sauce was missing from my order. Totally disappointed from this experience and might resort to Cascade location next time if they are any better.

Ordered nuggets at window. Tried to place 2nd order and was told CLEARLY to come to window. Tried to place the 2nd order at window and cashier told me rudely to come by around. Tried to explain I was doing what Iwas instructed and cashier closed window on me. I left.

My husband went today (Dec. 15) to this location and got a to-go order. When he finally sat down to eat and take a bite of a 4-piece chicken order, he noticed that wrapped up in the skin of the chicken appears to be a piece of metal string (similar to what you’d find in a Brillo pad/those scrubbers to clean off cast iron). Our assumption is that the metal was cooking in the oil with the chicken (thus contaminating everything the chicken was cooked with) because the metal even appears to have burned through the wax paper at the bottom of the box.
Filed a complaint with corporate immediately, so haven’t heard back from them as of yet but this is incredibly dangerous AND unacceptable.
Based on the other recent reviews here, this location just needs to be shut down until competent servers (and procedures to make sure stuff like this doesn’t happen) are in place.

What about 1159 to 12 Ish you guys had a young lady in there who was not the best service at all and even turned down my order despite me having money, not good customer service in blame on my attitude. I just politely walked out without even rebottling with whatever she had going on in her life That I don’t have time for I just had to make this review because it did get to myself this is not a good experience and I won’t be going back. There are more than what is it like 20 freaking restaurants in this area you guys should really shape up with better help

Food was dried out and employees were super rude.
This place gets absolute worst ever time I try to give them a chance. All the employees attitude are horrible. They will complete your order without it being complete. And they get upset when you ask about your food. The managers on shift our horrible and should not be managing anything. They do not have any sense of good customer service. I'm honestly surprised this location is even open still. Get rid of the whole store at this point. Resfectfully!

I went here tonight after a long days work. Completed my order on the Kiosk and took time to do so.
The man sat my order on the counter and I proceeded to check it. I ordered 1 Breast, 3 legs and 2 wings. I received 5 legs and 1 wing. When I told the young lady at the counter that My order was incorrect, she went to tall whom I assume was the manage on duty. He yelled at me through the counter, we don't sell wings! I thought it was strange as there was one in my box. I repeated my order and he said, well we only have Dark Meat! I said no problem, I'd like a refund, he proceeded to try to go back and forth and I said your kiosk allowed me to place this order this way. He pointed at his order screen and said, welllll it says Zero Breast... SIR, I Can read that screen like everyone else! It says Breast. 3 legs and 1 Wing.. he said I'll just give you a breast as if he was doing me a favor and then proceeded tonsay because he doesn't argue. The young lady at the counter said, youre right mam. The audacity considering he was completely wrong! Had to reuqest condiments and he called the young lady to give them to me. Still did not get sauces for tenders. This one will NEVER get my business again.
