They don't have enough people in service. They brought soup to my partner, but no appetizers for me. After she was done with soup and salad, we waited and waited and finally asked about the food. It was getting cold already. The steak was chewy and barely edible. At least the duck was good. They didn't give us chopsticks until I asked. It felt discriminating.

I’ve gone into this establishment twice. Yes I’m only one person but when you’re telling me that I can’t sit down to hibachi because I’m only one person that is a disappointing decision that you have made and nobody seems to care that they are very disappointing a customer . I’m going to let everyone know that this is how you treat customers.

The food here was good, but this isn’t an actual Kobe’s steakhouse. The menus say Kobe house, so it not the same. Plastic silverware and just not the same experience. Unfortunately I fell for it being labeled Kobe’s steakhouse which it’s not

Kobe was a great experience. The chef was comical and had great customer service and the waitress was quick and efficient.

We were greeted by a server swallowing his mouthful of food. Our orders were taken quickly but it took a whole 20 minutes; and is only after we asked for our food twice. There were at least six staff hanging around but no one seems to want to cook. Finally a chef came but his face was so dreadful. For a while, we asked why on earth did we pay to eat at a place where we have to tolerate the bad attitude of the chef. Food was drown in salty soy sauce and oil. It is really a bad dinning experience for us. Never going there anymore!
