Know Before You Go - First off No Cash card ONLY. You have to read their "Policy" before being seated (posted pic). You have to pay up-front for your meal, drinks and all. Mandatory 18% or Higher gratuity even for take out orders. Problem with that it's no longer earned, it's given regardless of the service from server. Filthy menu (posted picture) looks like it's never been clean during a pandemic. Nevertheless the food was good and flavorful, the only reason why I gave it 2 stars. BTW, my server did a ok job despite that they were shorthanded.
We were in town from OKC and had been wanting to try Krab Queenz since myself and sisters are fans of the brand owners comedic work! (Blameitonkway). I’ll say this SO DAMN GOOD!!! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Melvin helped us and let me say HE IS THE BOMB!!! Super nice and accommodating. The atmosphere will have you rocking, singing, and cracking crab legs! Great music selection Now on to the food DELICIOUS! The sauce was a bit on the spicy side but very flavorful nonetheless! The crab was cooked perfectly!! We had a party of four and everyone left satisfied. The daiquiris are amazing and STRONG! It’s a bit pricey (what isn’t in ATL tho lol) but well worth it. Definitely recommend and would happily return for that amazing food & service!!
The food was amazing. Customer service is on point and kudos to the DJ. I wish it was open longer. Traveled two hours for the food and it was definitely worth it. I’ll be back soon

Thanks Danielle for make our 1st experience at Krab Queenz so AMAZING! When I return to Atlanta it will definitely be my 1st Stop. You are Great, very Attentive and explained everything so well. Thanks for making my party feel so welcomed. Keep up the amazing work. You're one of a kind!
*The food was great too*
I went here this past weekend with my homegirl. We arrived a little before 6 and noticed people standing around when we walked in. We waited with the others and there was no hostess in sight. A man finally showed up about 15 minutes later and said that we can’t stand around the front, we need to wait outside and they will get us when it’s our turn. Mind you it was 30 degree weather. Everyone moved outside and we were out there for about 25 minutes before someone in line checked inside and told us there were empty seats. When we came back inside, we finally saw a hostess and she said in a very dry, monotone voice that she would seat us once they have empty tables. We waited for about 30 more minutes before they sat us. I went to the restroom and I it reminded me of a club restroom. No soap and not clean at all. I’m glad I had hand sanitizer in my purse and gloves to eat with. I give 4 stars because the rest of the experience was great! The service was good, drinks delicious, and the crab boil was sooo good! Everything was fresh and the sauces were delicious! I definitely recommend this restaurant but I suggest you get there early in the day. I will be back!
Danielle was a phenomenal waitress! Customer service was excellent!
You have to pay to park. We had to wait in line outside. Once inside we had to continue to wait to be seated. Took forever for us to get our drinks and even longer to get the food. The food came out cold and was just ok. I had the fried crab legs they were to salty. You have to pay as soon as you order and they don't accept cash, cash app, or any prepaid cards. The only good thing was the security guard and Dj were both very friendly and accommodating. And the drinks were strong I had the side piece.
The service is slow as hell. I understand why they want you to pay upfront. It would have been a negative star if it was possible. I was waiting 30 minutes for drinks that's already pre-made.

Wheewww chile!!! IT'S THE VIBE FOR ME!!! The service, drinks, DJ, and food was a plus!!! EVERYTHING was absolutely awesome!! Our server Avary was the best...very friendly and suggested some great choices!! I am definitely making this a go to spot when I come to Atlanta!! WE LOVED IT!!!
Traveled to Atlanta for a business trip . Decided to eat here waited in line for an hour it was busy. However the food came out the crabs were small and the sauce was room temperature. We told our waitress Danielle and she fixed it right away before we can even complain. The music was great food was good we order the crab broil and r Cajun rice wasn’t a fan of the rice but my table was. Danielle she was such an awesome waitress. I was shocked because the Gratuity was included. Danielle took her time with us answered our questions about the menu checked in on us and all kindness politeness was on point. The tip was included but we tipped extra because of her service thank you Danielle for your awesome service

We waited outside for about 15 minutes to get inside to wait 15 more minutes. Once we were seated, we had to wait like 20 minutes for a server only to wait 45 minutes for our food to be cold. Drinks were the only thing good. I was trying to enjoy my drink to turn around to see a whole fight between a mother and her daughter. Very much ghetto - I won’t be going back. Not worth it & my shrimp taste VERY fresh like they were fresh out the ocean. I’m unsatisfied. I feel robbed!
At krab queens today...stood in line over 1hr.....waited 30 for a waiter. This place never has the items on the menu. Wanted to order chicken and waffles....no syrup. Wanted colossal crab....none if that. Waiter was nice but slow. Waited for food an hr. Not to mention Bre our waitress, said she would not re-ring our food.due to syrup being unavailable... we were forced
to orde a po-boy and it was cheaper. They stole gratuity...told to park behind the building....parked there got booted only for the spineless managers to say "well really, there's nothing we can do....u are to park where there are no numbers...." Premier parking enforcement said the say
Same thing.... so pathetic. .
