Staff is always friendly! This location is new so it's nice with plenty of seating to enjoy a coffee/tea and work. It is housed in the winship cancer building entrance from the Main Street. It is a real Starbucks that carries all the regular options and not a contracted location so you are able to use your points through the Starbucks app.
This cancer hospital just opened this year 2023, so they still have some learning curve to get through. I had breakfast and lunch here on a Friday. They were understaffed so one server had to run between two separate cuisine counters. However, this place is set up for success with different food stations, drinks and prepackaged items. The Service was not good and the people giving you the food were not friendly although we were , the food was delicious and the service was fast and the cashier was friendly and nice , and very helpful
