Horrible service just beyond horrible. The person behind the counter so rude that I was amazed by that behavior. Asked her for dozen donuts and chose chocolate..she said it so rudely that u have to tell me which” oh you want both now u should decided sooner”. She was talking non stop smart comments to me and being smart and at the end she said ya have a nice day. I wish I saw the reviews for this place before going to this place. Doesn’t seem like the corporation cares cuz the service is still the same. It’s a bummer cuz the donuts are great!!!!

The workers have a bad additude with the costumers.

The worst service I have ever in my 73 years experienced. The people behind the counter act as tho they are doing us a favor instead of the other way around, the price for a donut should be served with a gold nugget.Whatever happened to Krispy Kream?????

Got there late in the afternoon. Not much selection left in the kiosk.

I think it is appalling the amount of filling you put in the filled donuts. I have been a fan of Krispy Kreme Donuts my entire life. I am 72! It seems everytime we get donuts, the kremeshrinks. I had less than teaspoon of white kreme fill today. The price however has not skrunk. It has increased at regular interverals. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

The employee was beyond rude. I ordered 2 mini donuts and they had chocolate and another chocolate one with sprinkles but i didn’t realize the one with sprinkles was birthday cake since it was brown also. I told her if i could have 2 chocolate and when she was about to grab the one without sprinkles I said Can i get the one with sprinkles I’m sorry and very rudely responded that’s not chocolate that’s birthday cake. My daughter wanted the ones with sprinkles so i said that’s fine I’ll still take the sprinkles and she rolled her eyes at me so hard in front of my face. She handed them to me and I still said thank you and she didn’t say anything just sat back down in her chair and got back on her phone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Also what company allows their employees to just be on their phone in front of customers. This was on 1/17/22 around 5pm. Wish i would’ve gotten her name.

The nice thing is they have Krispy Kreme donuts... sometimes. Went there on four different occasions and it was closed for 3 of them.

Usually I like Krispy Kreme's donuts and their service. But! These are too much. Taste too sweet and greasy. I would go back to original donuts.

Always empty. Never seen it open :(

bad costumer service, nobody was there and there was no sign saying they would be back. they should at least have a sign to indicate nobody would be there. i had to wait for like 15 minutes and nobody showed up.
