This restaurant has the worst customer service possible. You can go minutes without seeing a single person. You are lucky if you can even order. The food is mediocre. Every time I go, I ask myself, “Why did I even bother?” No one wants to work there, and locally, we agree that this place should simply no longer exist.

The food was like most Krystal’s - service was horrible and rude. I ordered chicken nuggets and the person snaps and says we don’t have them anymore. Then I said why are they on the menu board? Rude! Then I pay and get my order. I said thank you and I received not a word back but the window slamming

Truth be told, I was picking an order for late night/ early morn'N DoorDash and their location had me waiting 17 minutes delay for the completion of the order. They need personnel badly, if that is even a word. The food was hot and fresh. So indeed quality was of no issue. Try them out!
