Food and drinks were fantastic, service not so much. Appetizers and drinks came very quickly, but it took >30 min after finishing appetizers to get entrees, even though it did not seem super busy. Ambiance was nice, though.
It takes took longer than it should have to be greeted by the hostess who had left her personal beverage out on the check in desk. The service was great and attentive, as well as the food. My friends were at La Tavola for the first time and they enjoyed themselves immensely. The floor manager stopped by for a conversation. The only real downside was that the outside seating is uncomfortable and it was too warm to seat patrons outside.
We have been coming for over 10 years and the Easter Brunch experience today (2025) was so disappointing. The patio has a faint smell of a sewer and the service was bad. The waiter was not familiar with how several items on the menu were prepared and gave us incorrect information. He was not tentative, left dirty dishes for long periods of time and was slow and informal. The salmon toast was partially burnt to the color black which we cut around.
