Great little cafe! Its welcoming, cozy, has nice lounging space, and the coffees taste great!

1000 hills never disappoints! Seriously delicious coffee. I appreciate that they let the coffee shine - their flavored drinks don’t mask the incredible taste of their espresso, like many shops do. Made to perfection each time! And you can get pumpkin year round! I recommend the iced latte with oat milk and pump of pumpkin. The seating area is really nice and open, and super bright and airy. Go here for a perfect afternoon coffee!

Turns out they don’t open at 8, they just get there for setup.

I’d go in 30mins after open, then they will probably be ready to serve you.

I am a loyalty member and love the Flatiron & the Roswell locations. The manager Cori at the Flatiron location has always provided excellent customer service. In return, I tip well! Now … I purchased a tumbler that is now leaking. I was told by the manager it needed to be returned within 7-14 days. I viewed my receipt; it’s been 14 days. His new reply was “I can’t exchange it; how do I know you didn’t cause that?” I understand you have a policy to follow, but what about a loyal customer? I wasn’t asking for a refund! I then asked to speak to his supervisor. In so many words he stated he was the “end all” & I could contact the owner, but he would not provide a number. I then asked for the email. He said he didn’t know it and wrote down an email the “thought” might be it. His attitude nor service does not reflect Thousand Hill’s “Do Good” message. I do have options to spend my money & this location will not be one of them.

Please educate employees on difference between a cold brew and iced coffee. They are not the same thing and if they think they are, they probably shouldn't be working as a batista.

At Land of a Thousand Hills, Cory is the go-to guy for a great cappuccino and friendly service. The coffee is always good, and Cory's always nice. If you're in the mood for a solid brew and a welcoming atmosphere, swing by and say hi to Cory.

It’s a shame that such a nice coffee shop can be ruined by the attitude and personality of it’s barista. A few weeks back, me and a friend decided not to return here because she felt uncomfortable by the barista’s attitude towards her especially considering that she didn’t know him like that and she’s new to college and young. I overheard some other orders and it felt like he didn’t really care to be there. I also don’t appreciate the weirddisplay for the croissants; I feel like having them all touch is kinda an allergy/cross-contamination problem.

Cori made me a delicious latte with mocha and mint! They were very pleasant, made the coffee very quickly and it tasted great. I will be back :) also this shop displays a large amount of fliers for local events, and they keep fresh flowers on the tables to really brighten the atmosphere.

The food is good, but the service ruins it. Barista made me incredibly uncomfortable due to a poor attempt at flirting with me and just having bad vibes. Was around noon on my lunch break and even though it’s convenient, I won’t be coming back.

I usually don't write reviews because it's a hassle, but I'm writing this because I'm so disappointed.The barista was very unfriendly and gave me a half-hearted latte in a white cup without any logo without asking any questions.I was really offended that there was no latte art and it was just a white paper cup. On the other hand, some customers gave me coffee in a green cup.Is it discrimination? I wanted to.

Great location for some quality coffee. Easy to walk to and has a decent amount of space inside to lounge. Very friendly staff, I will certainly visit again on my next trip through ATL.
