Stopped by today and ordered the Tonkotsu Black, while eating I started to feel nauseous took my 3rd spoon and knew that it wasn’t going to work, something in the ramen didn’t agree with me… the bowl was still full I asked for a refund due to the ramen making me feel nauseated but the server Jamie impolitely said no refunds and she that she could make me something else… why would I want something else after getting sick from what I ordered all the ingredients are the same they use the same broth for all the ramen so how would that help me? I’ve been throwing up since I got home and I will be contacting the bbb and the health department I will never come here again the server has a nasty attitude and the food got me sick. I will be putting this place on my YouTube channel so ppl don’t waist their time and money. All I wanted was my money back and rightfully so the food made me visibly sick but the server didn’t care. NEVER AGAIN.

I got the Spicy Tan Tan. It has spicy broth, corn, mushrooms, seasoned pork, pork belly, scallions, bamboo shoots, pickled ginger, bean sprouts and a soft boiled egg. This was so good and flavorful. The freshest ramen I’ve ever had. Jamie (the manager) was so pleasant and helpful with picking food. The dragons berry lemonade was delicious as well

Love the option to build your own bowl - we've been a few times and everything we've had has been tasty! Typically service is quick, and you'll only wait about 10 minutes for your meal.We especiallyLove making the broth spicy - it adds a great flavor without being overpowering!Ph'east is a great spot to grab lunch with tons of options for groups to pick what they want and grab a drink at Taps.

I am not sure how this place has 4 stars but I did not have a 4 star experience. The young lady that took my order stared at me like she was lost until it dawned on her that I wanted order.I ordered the chicken ramen and when I got it home it was really gross. The chicken was brown, I thought they made a mistake and gave me beef! The food was a bowl full of salt, I couldn’t eat 2 bites.I went to get something to help with me being sick but that was unbearable.

Very disappointing! The noodles had 0 spice or flavor. Just reddish color and the broth tasted like water. I'm not sure how this qualifies as ramen! The place was also a little tough to locate. They also charged $5 for takeout cutlery and paperware, which was not properly closed and spilled all over our vehicle on the ride home. I will not be returning.

The Ramen is really delicious. Amazingly garnish on the plate. The only issue is that it’s kind of pricey. I feel like it could be a little cheaper. And it might actually be the location but other than that. Great restaurantGreat ServiceGreat foodGreat atmosphereI Recommend This Place.Parking: Multiple parking options. You could choose to park by the street which will cost you, regardless of how long you’re planning to stay. Or you could find a couple garage parking that offers free parking for 3hrs under.

I'm not a fan when restaurant charges takeout plasticware surcharge ($3.29 for our $31 order!), I'm not sure if it's just I missed it, but I didn't see info about this surcharge on the menu board. I would not consider takeout from here in the future.Ramen we had were decent. Good amount of toppings. Broth were also good. Worth the $15.50 price tag.

The vegetarian / vegan ramen is very mid, 4/10. Otherwise everything else is fantastic!!! The noodles are incredible. If you’re looking for plant-based food, this is not really your place. The fried tofu is completely unseasoned :( The side of fried tofu is $5 for ~6 slices, not worth itAlso everything comes with plastic silverware which is a turn off

Called at 530pm on a Monday and it would ring twice and someone would pick up, you can hear them talking and they would quickly hang up. Called 5 times

Girl with pink hair was rude and didn't take off her headphones to take order, also dropped our bowl of Ramen and just replaced lid. Also got order wrong. Food was pretty

This was the saltiest Tonkotsu ramen I've ever been served. It was so salty I couldn't eat it without taking it home and watering it down. Then they have the audacity to post a sign for no refund or exchanges. Eat at your own risk.

Man what an unexpectedly awesome bowl of ramen!! I got the tonkotsu black made spicy, and while the broth didn’t have the usual white creamy appearance you’d expect from a tonkotsu pork broth, it was incredibly flavorful! The chashu was tender and delicious, the eggs were perfectly soft boiled, everything came together to form a well rounded very enjoyable bowl of soup. Heck yeah!
