Idk how i feel about it. Its neutral for me. 2nd time ever having ramen ata restaurant. Im allergic to shellfish & treenuts and even tho i didn't get anaphylactic broke out in massive hives. I did get chest redness headache and just felt off. The dish did look delicious. Im used to more of pho and for me pho is much fresher w/lighter noodles & white chkn. The Ramen is GOOD. I tried the regular Tonkatsu, and the Miso. The Tonkatsu is a solid 9/10. Definitely worth a return visit
