Love the option to build your own bowl - we've been a few times and everything we've had has been tasty! The Ramen is really delicious. Amazingly garnish on the plate. The only issue is that it’s kind of pricey. I feel like it could be a little cheaper. I got the Spicy Tan Tan. It has spicy broth, corn, mushrooms, seasoned pork, pork belly, scallions, bamboo shoots, pickled ginger, bean sprouts and a soft boiled egg. This was so good and flavorful. The freshest ramen I’ve ever had. Jamie (the manager) was so pleasant and helpful with picking food. The dragons berry lemonade was delicious as well
