I ordered a fruit cup and smoothie at 12:23pm and I’m just now getting my order at 1:11pm
Somehow every single person that ordered after me received their order before me 😅

✹ *“Lottafrutta is an absolute gem in Atlanta! The place has an incredible vibe—artistic, colorful, and full of life. The atmosphere is both unique and inspiring, making every visit feel like a joyful experience.

The service is truly special. Gretell and Edelvis are simply amazing—so kind, charismatic, and welcoming. They make you feel right at home while adding their own charm to the experience.

The concept of Lottafrutta is not only delicious but also wonderfully artistic and original. It’s the kind of spot that lifts your mood and leaves you smiling long after you leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable place in Atlanta!”* 🌾🌟🍓

Very cute little corner spot. Serves delicious sandwiches and fruit cups. My favorite is the Cremolata. Outside seating.

I’ve been coming to Lotta Frutta for years and usually love it, but today’s experience was unacceptable. We ordered 3 smoothies for $25. One was dropped on the way back to work (which we didn’t expect them to replace, that was on us). But the other 2 smoothies were extremely watery—more like juice than smoothies. The flavor was fine, but the consistency was way off compared to what we usually get (my mom had one just two days ago and it was perfect).

As soon as we walked away and tasted them, we noticed the issue. We couldn’t return right away because of work, but only 15 minutes later I went back with the drinks barely touched to ask for a simple remake. Instead of trying to make it right, the staff refused and told me “customers like them that way.” That’s dismissive and unprofessional—especially to loyal customers who come often and send others here.

It’s not about one bad batch—it’s about the terrible customer service and refusal to acknowledge our experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning, and I can no longer recommend this spot.

I’ve been coming here 5 years, and Lotta Frutta never disappoints. It feels like the opposite of a franchise, and the surrounding area is a nice vibe.

On June 7, 2025, my husband and I visited Lottafrutta to order two Viva La Vegan sandwiches and two smoothies. As it was my husband's birthday, we were operating on a tight schedule in preparation for a gathering later that day.

As someone who has been fully VEGAN for nearly a decade, I am always mindful and discerning when dining out. Lottafrutta, known for offering vegan-friendly options, had until this point seemed like a reliable choice. However, what unfolded was not only disappointing; it was deeply upsetting.

After leaving the store and taking just a few bites of the sandwich, I immediately noticed a distinct non-vegan ingredient: a slice of TURKEY had been included. We promptly returned to the location to address the issue.

Upon our return, we spoke with the manager on duty. To our dismay, his response was dismissive and lacking in empathy. Rather than acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, particularly for a long-term vegan, his tone suggested disbelief, even implying that we might have fabricated the issue ourselves. When pressed, his response was limited to a half-hearted offer to either remake the sandwich or issue a refund. No sincere apology or accountability was offered.

Ultimately, we accepted a refund for the sandwich, but the experience left me feeling disrespected, emotionally distressed, and physically unwell for days afterward. This was not just a customer service failure, it was a failure to understand and honor the dietary needs and values of your clientele.

I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call for the brand to revisit its quality control procedures and staff training. Mistakes can happen in food service, but how they are handled makes all the difference.

I am very pleased with the excellent customer service and find the punch card idea quite appealing. I certainly plan to return.

Fresh fruit, amazing coconut crema, smoothies, yummy sandwiches made to order, delicious sounding salads that I hope to try soon, but I keep getting sandwich and fruit because it's so good. My only complaint is that they aren't open a little earlier so I can go more often.
