I've come here for 12 years. Loved it. Introduced friends and families who are regulars and eat here when visiting. All of the sudden the past 2 times in a row my order has been completely forgotten. Once literally making me wait 60 minutes for 2 sandwiches after I've paid for them, because they forgot to write it down. Prior to that, my online order wasn't made until I showed up to their window 30 minutes later. It's just sad to see the service decline. Love the food, just don't enjoy being forgotten about after paying for food
