Jai Ho’s is a solid Indian spot, definitely check it out if you’re at Krog Street! We ordered the tikka masala combo which was really good! The combo came with the entree, naan, samosa and rice which ended up being plenty of food for two… ordered the special of the day also “curried lamb shank”. The meal was yummy but overall just ok!
I ordered the BOMBAY VEGGIE SANDWICH and I've never had anything like it. It was all of the traditional Indian flavors combined with the freshness of a deli sandwich with the lettuce and cucumbers all smooshed between two pieces of white toast. It felt weird eating this flavor combination in this way, but it was REALLY REALLY good! I only ordered rice, so I can only comment as to that. I honestly didn’t like it and wouldn’t order again. The lady taking orders couldn’t understand many of my questions so I decided not to order anything else.
