ASSAULT BY A CELEBRITY CHEF: THE NIGHT LOW COUNTRY STEAK TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE
I’ve dined at top steakhouses for years, and nothing compares to the chaos we experienced here. We arrived at 8pm on a Saturday to a near-empty dining room, only two servers (one also bartending), and completely disorganized service. It took over 30 minutes to get drinks, our water glasses stayed empty until we asked, and our appetizers took 40+ minutes.

20th Anniversary Dinner ruined by poor service and communication with no real effort to make things Right. Had reservations at 7.. ordered by 7:10.. @7:50 we were told there was no more trout.. The Food should have already been out yet now you just realized your out of trout. Not Acceptable.. Talk to the Manager Crystal and she talked to us while playing in her hair the entire time. The staff took care of our large party (20+). Not one single delay or complaint. The food was great the service was excellent and chef took a picture with my sister and made an awesome little brother on my 50th birthday.

Low Country offers some of the best food with excellent dishes like crab cakes, roasted chicken, NY strip, green beans, mac and cheese, and jalapeño cornbread. Diners can enjoy a delicious breakfast platter that includes chicken sausage, eggs, potatoes, and biscuits, as well as a platter featuring bacon, grits, eggs, and potatoes with gravy. The filet mignon and Chilean Sea Bass were described as amazing, enhanced by a light sauce that brings out the flavors. Guests have been delighted by the unique menu that includes fried chicken and a tasty chopped salad with fried chicken. The fried rice is noted for being fluffy, and the fried chicken consistently receives praise for its taste. The bacon is perfectly cooked.
Although a tough ribeye was mentioned, the impeccable service provided by staff, including Ms. Shelia, makes it worth another visit. She has been recognized for her exceptional care and attention, even offering complimentary tea to guests. The restaurant is also celebrated for its relaxing atmosphere, genuine care in food preparation, and convenient parking validation. Guests appreciate the happy service, military discounts, and friendly staff, making Low Country highly recommended for a delightful dining experience, especially at the busy ATL airport where breakfast is noted as the best.
