Restaurant needs to work on their customer service. They also need to switch food over in a reasonable time. As the front line person was changing the food over she yells back to the cooks saying we are keeping that gravy for tomorrow. They should not let customers hear that you will reuse old food. So now I know the bacon and gravy is not fresh. Food is over priced as well.
Brandon worked in the lobby and he made our morning! He has the best customer service! He didn't miss a beat (i.e. handing out silverware, he brought me salt, took our trash, handed us napkins witbout us even asking, etc.)!!! Can't say enough about this young man!
I had a great breakfast dining experience at the Low Country in the food court at the Atlanta airport. The food was very tasty. The bacon was perfectly cooked, grits and eggs were exceptional,and the customer service was excellent!
