Macaron Queen

It looked really good online but after driving all the way to the mall and fighting through the huge crowd on a hot day I get to their location during business hours and they are closed down with a sign saying they are renovating. I wish I had gotten the chance to try some of their products, the business owner needs to list this as temporarily closed so people don't waste their time trying to find their business for no reason.

These are the best tasting macarons I have ever tasted. Amazing customer service. If you looking for unique flavors and a great tasting macaron, look no further!

From the moment I joined the team, it became glaringly apparent that the owners' promises of raises and a positive working environment were nothing more than empty rhetoric.First and foremost, let's address the issue of promised raises. During the recruitment process, the owners of Macaron Queen touted a commitment to recognizing hard work and dedication with regular salary increases. However, this turned out to be a cruel farce. Despite my consistent efforts to exceed expectations and contribute significantly to the company's success, any mention of a raise was met with evasion and excuses. It became painfully clear that these promises were nothing but a manipulative tactic to lure in unsuspecting employees.Moreover, the treatment of staff within the company borders on unacceptable. The owners fostered a toxic atmosphere of favoritism, where a chosen few were granted privileges while the rest of us were left to endure a hostile work environment. Constructive feedback was a rarity, as criticism was often delivered in a condescending and disrespectful manner. It seemed as though the owners reveled in belittling their employees, creating a demoralizing atmosphere that stifled creativity and productivity.Communication within the company was abysmal. Important information regarding company policies and procedures was haphazardly disseminated, leading to confusion and frustration among the staff. Attempts to seek clarification or address concerns were met with dismissive attitudes, leaving employees feeling isolated and undervalued.In summary, Macaron Queen is a place where promises are broken, and employees are treated with disdain. The lack of integrity displayed by the owners is deeply disheartening, and I strongly advise anyone considering employment with this company to think twice. It's a regrettable experience that has left me questioning the ethics and sincerity of those in charge.

This place has the best I mean the best macaroons! The young lady helped me pick my flavors and was very polite. I'll return everytime I'm in the area.

I don’t know the name of the gentleman handing out samples in Clarksville Ga at the bowling alley last evening Friday night but he was very professional and kind and charming and the macarons were so good I didn’t even share them with my family later that night. I ate them all. 11/10 on God

I recently placed an order with Macaron Queen and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite paying for upgraded shipping, my macaroons arrived warm, a significant letdown as the temperature can affect the texture and taste.Quality control seemed to be an issue. Some of the macaroons were noticeably smaller than others, lacked consistent shape, and some were even smashed, suggesting poor handling or packaging. Presentation is key with a delicate treat like macaroons, and this inconsistency in size and shape was underwhelming.The greatest disappointment was the taste. A good macaroon should be a delicate balance of crispy exterior and soft, slightly chewy interior, but these tasted dry and stale. The lack of freshness was all too apparent and seriously impacted my enjoyment of the macaroons.Overall, my order from Macaron Queen was a letdown. I was expecting premium quality given the price point, and what I received fell short of the mark. I hope the company takes this feedback into account and improves these areas for future customers.

They’re okay, but don’t taste as fresh and delicate as they used to years ago. Lemon one was AWFUL, it tasted very artificial and oily. I paid $17 for 5 which was pretty pricey, don’t think I’ll ever buy again.

The macarons are great however the packaging was not adequate for delivery of cold items. Especially paying for the package protection. Package tracking is not sufficient either. Enjoy these in store and skip shipping them.

I finally found someone who made the French Raspberry Macarons that I had been searching everywhere for, and omg, they were soooooo good. I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered macarons online and ate 2 as soon as I opened the box! They are so delicious! I was pleasantly surprised that my shipment came super early. I didn’t think I would get them in time for New Years but they came today Dec 31st?. When I placed my order I called customer service and the lady I talked to was very sweet, she informed me that because I placed my order on Dec 27 my order will be shipped Monday Jan 3rd because I chose build a box, and that was totally fine with me, but then the next day I got an alert that my order has been shipped ??. I’m so happy with my order and will be treating my self again.Also the packaging is absolutely gorgeous, definitely gift worthy?

Store never answers the phone. A lot of the macarons I got were broken.Update: the business replied tell me to use extension 1. When you press extension 1 you get an invalid entry error. When you press extension 2. You get an invalid entry error. When you press extension 3, no one ever picks up.

We used Macaron Queen for our daughter's wedding reception. There were a few minor glitches because of timing but Melanie went above and beyond - TWICE - to work with us and we could not have been happier. Her customer service skills are exceptional and we are very appreciative. The Macarons are definitely the best you can buy! We loved all of the flavors!
