The customer service is ridiculously bad. Charging an arm and a leg for mediocre food then have the nerve to charge for a sauce😂😂. Try to support the black business

For $20 we were definitely expecting more. The food isn’t the best and they are selfish with sauces. I’ll pass next time

Omg best Philly steak ever. Chef Jo did her thang and I’m so thankful. They were about to close for the night and she still came thru, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the exceptional customer service

I placed an order and pay. The cashier tells me the chef will be back. Waited 20minutes, still no chef. The cashier then tells us the chef had to go to the store. I apology. Eventually the chef comes up to the front after we ask for a refund. We get the refund, again no apology from the cashier or “chef”. Horrible customer service. Horrible.

1 star earned! I ordered my food and they just never made it. After waiting 20+ mins, I told them I would come back to pick it up because I had somewhere to be. I came back in about 25 mins only to discover that they still never started my order. I left upset and told them don’t worry about it. It seems they don’t care about in-person customer orders which is sad.

Ordered food from here. Could have picked any of the other places here but I chose this one.
There was no one in line or waiting.
After 20 minutes I checked on my order. They had not even started. The cook was doing uber eats orders. How dare you prioritize uber eats orders and you have a customer standing right in front of you. I had to cancel my order because I was pressed for time I had a house tour near. The manager said come back after your house tour I will have it ready for you. Went back 30minutes later. They still did not have the order ready.
This place sucks!

Jo is the truth. Under pressure she was the best. And Marlene took the order was nice and patient with all my extras. They both deserve a raise 👏 🙌 🙏 .

Absolutely the best Philly Cheesesteak I've ever had! The flavor was out of this world – perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with cheesy goodness. Every bite was full of rich, savory flavor, and the bread was soft yet held everything together beautifully. If you're a cheesesteak lover, this place is a must-try. I’m already craving another one!
