Lets just say Mr Willis i believe that is his name im here 3.22.26! I brought my daughter for her birthday. Starting at the line coming in which I reserved lazer tag for the group. The lady just walked off mid talking to me. Then we come in I let the kids go play I place an order which was fine. But when the kids come back to order their food at 4:01 time on the ticket. By 5pm I asked for my money back there is no waQy in the world it takes over an hour for some queso. Honestly it wouldn't have taken me and hour to make from scratch at home the manager

Do not waste your time or money. We spent about $40 on game tokens then when we tried to play most games on the floor they were either completely broken or missing things to play the game correctly with. It was so bad we ended up just laughing over and over about how BAD it was. It was a joke when we went up to a machine to see if it was going to work or not. Most of the time they didn’t. Also the staff could barely look up from their phones long enough to even answer a question.

Terrible experience. Trash and dishes left on the table & floor. Bathroom was dirty and smelled like sewage. A lady was asking one of the server to clean their table, the server never came to clean it. I will absolutely NOT come back here again!!

The Main Event was an experience like no other! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with the best hospitality from Porsha our server. She accommodated us along with the manager Dulz with 10/10 service! If you are ever in the Atlanta area make sure to stop by very good environment and awesome service.

Service is slow and poor. The drinks come with nats in them because the bar is so infested with nats flying everywhere. The arcade games steal your credits and don’t give you tickets. Games are broken with no signage. The plush prizes in the store are dirty and have holes in them. This place is expensive and dirty.

I had a great experience! My waitress Porsha was amazing she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. You can tell she really cares about her customers. The manager, Dulz, was also great and helped create a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, excellent service and I’ll definitely be coming back!
