Came out with my friends we had a great time bowling , we had a great experience thanks to the manager Dulzbhe exhibited amazing customer service and cares a lot about the guests experience

Experienced a few technical difficulties on my bowling lane and Dulz came to ask how he could be of assistance and helped us and we were able to finish our game and proceed with enjoying our experience. I look forward to returning after receiving immaculate customer service and the de-escalation was top tier !

Over half the games were out of order but still take your credits. Food was nasty and service was abysmal. Spent a lot of money on credits that I couldn't use. Nowhere on their receipt or at register does it say NO REFUND although I was told all I could get is credit back on my game card. I will NOT be back and will tell everyone I know not to come here either. Don't waste your money.

Dulz and Rai exceeded my expectations! They ensured my son’s party went off without a hitch and their exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and follow up amazed me. I will be growing another party at this main event just for these two. Because of them, I’m already planning another main event party at this location!

Today I visited Main Event off of Cobb Parkway and I had an overall amazing experience all do to the outstanding service that I received from Dulz. He went above and beyond to ensure that the party for my son was Unforgettable.

I had an amazing time at Main Event! The games, bowling, and food were great, and the manager Dulz was especially good. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was perfect for a night out with friends or family.

Main Event was such a blast! 🎳 The staff were super friendly especially Dulz!!!! Everything was clean and fun, and the atmosphere made it the perfect place to hang out. Can’t wait to come back!

Came with my friends a couple times here. Dulz was a nice host. He made sure that we had great service. I and my friends had a lot of fun and spent the entire evening playing a bunch of games here. We will vosit soon!
