Never again! They had God awful customer service when you're getting your food. The short Hispanic guy that has a little man bun, has awful customer service. He was acting as if he was in such a rush after he dropped off things to our table to walk off. Me and a friend of mine ordered loaded fries. On my loaded fries I asked for everything on it. there was no chives, the bacon was salty, the fries was salty, the cheese wasn't fully melted, my fries wasn't even fully warmed. We asked the waiter (the short Hispanic guy) if he could bring me and my homegirl Some utensils to eat with. "oh yes I'll bring you utensils." he never brought utensils! my brother ordered lemon water he never received the lemon water. Then on top of that it was seven of us all together only two people got what they ordered and that was me and my homegirl. The waiter literally was bringing everything out bit by bit. Then when we inquired about our food and our drinks and things of that sort, it was always an excuse and he was always in such a rush to walk away from the table. So we end up canceling the whole order. I end up paying for my fries and my sweet tea because at the end of the day I did eat some of my fries and I drunk all of my sweet tea so therefore it was only right for me to pay. But this experience was overall the worse! the customer service was the worst! the hispanic guy had a terrible attitude, he was not polite, he sucked at his job. never again will I waste money the way I wasted money.

Willis was very helpful and Kyrie was accommodating in getting us a seat and taking our order right away! Very pleasant for our first time visiting.

Honestly Main Event is just OK. I’ve been to this location several times but after my most recent experience I don’t think i’ll be back. The staff that work there are really nice but the bowling lanes are absolute trash. The computers seem to malfunction to the point where you can’t even enjoy the game because the system glitches. It’s very hard to keep score when pins aren’t being counted correctly, are constantly knocked over and bowling turns are stolen. It’s a waste of money and just not worth the hassle. Spend a little extra money and go to Bowlero. You’ll have much more fun and the vibe is less kiddy.

My family LOVES Main Event! So many options for entertainment. And with a family of 7 there is something for everyone. We visit several times a year and are always excited about coming back. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

When I tell you, Mr. Willis made me and my party's evening. I was a lil stressed because it was the holidays and a had a couple teenagers. He helped me identify the best package so that the girls could enjoy their time. I was even more excited that Main Event offered a military discount. He was patient and informative.
