Update: The unthinkable happened... We found a cockroach in our food!

It was the absolute last thing we expected. They have dropped the ball big time with this. Absolutely unacceptable sanitary failure at a food place.

It really is sad, since I really liked the place before, but also in hindsight not so surprising. The quality and service have been declining for a while, and this was the straw that broke the camel's back.

The closest to authentic Middle-Eastern / North African food I've had States-side. Not much else to say, other than: GET THE LEMONADE!

I used to be obsessed with their baba ghanoush. It was the only thing I ate for a period of time 😭

The person working register today with the grinch xmas hat was so sweet and helpful.
The mint lemonade is yummy and refreshing without being too sweet or too tart. I got the falafel plate-- the rice is a little bland for my taste (could use maybe a little more salt) otherwise great portion and delicious :))

Comments say the meat is halal. The person at the front says the meat is halal but they also said they don’t have a certification. If the owner can reply with confirmation then I can decide to make this place a regular.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and it wasn’t a typical middle eastern flavor but was okay. Falafel tasted very good and the sauce that comes with it.

Parking: Parking is free but finding a spot during busy times might be difficult

I went yesterday with my husband. We ordered at the front and a young lady took our order with zero energy. I paid with Apple Pay and went to the restroom while my husband waited for the soft drinks. I came back and he told me he had to pay again the whole check because the printer didn’t get a receipt from my payment so the lady said that meant the payment didn’t go through.
I checked my Apple Wallet and my bank account and it shows the transaction on both apps so I told the lady “the first payment did go through” and showed it to her and she said “I already explained to him” and rolled her eyes.
If I am the one who paid and got charged you should be able to explain the situation to me and not tell me to go ask my husband what you explained to him.
After a few tries asking her for more information, she told me that the charge would disappear by the next day and if not I could call.
Today is the next day and my charge is posted on my bank account for almost $60, I have been calling all day and they wouldn’t answer the phone.
What a shame that a good and tasty restaurant is hiring people with such a bad attitude and not caring about customers at all. I highly recommend y’all to hire a manager or someone who actually cares.

Food is good and the people who work there are wonderful. However the smell of acetone from the nail shop next door is overpowering. There is no way this is healthy for customers or perhaps more importantly for the poor people who work at this location. We planned to eat in but after smelling this we took the food to go. There is something wrong with the vents and management need to fix this otherwise they are neglecting their employees.

A friend and I decided to eat here today for lunch. The cashier was not in the best mood, but I think it’s because she may have been stressed that she was the only one in the front and there were a lot of people coming in at the same time, so I will give her grace for that.

We shared the falafel combo plate and it did not disappoint. Falafel is really hard to get right and this was cooked perfectly. We were both very happy with our meal!

I will definitely be coming back for more and telling others to try this establishment as well.

I recently visited this establishment, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely excellent – fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with great care. Every bite was a delight, and the quality was consistent throughout the entire meal. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or something a bit more adventurous, the menu offers a great variety, and each dish seems to be crafted with the same level of expertise. Falafel sandwich was amazing!! I love you

What made the visit even more memorable was the exceptional customer service. The person working at the front counter was extremely professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was not only polite but also very helpful in guiding me through the menu options, providing recommendations, and making sure all my questions were answered. It's rare to find such a high level of customer care, and her attentiveness truly made a difference in my overall experience.

It's clear that the management takes customer service seriously, and I can see this franchise doing incredibly well as a result. this food is just not good. no taste. i think they forgot salt. or anything fresh. also the pita just tastes awful and stale.

also they have a new neighbor, a nail salon, and it reeks of chemicals as soon as you walk inside the restaurant.

Pita half warm half cold, beef too salty like just grabbed from the sea. Not recommended ???Why is Atlanta food so bad, ppl we need these restaurants to have some competitors otherwise they’ll just keep this low standard

First time here. Came for a Shawarma sandwich. Get here and there are no sandwiches and the computers to order have an error. This place is a disappointment.
