The store near me has terminated delivery service. Will shop elsewhere now. If they ever start delivery service again then I may come back. Sad to see it come to this.
Tonight's order put the nail in the relationship with me and Marco's Pizza. Pizza arrived 15 minutes after it was promised. The box was open and it was cold. The pizza looked like it was left over from a week ago. It barely had any ingredients on it. The delivery service at this location continues
To go down hill. I'm done!
These guys wasted an hour and a half of my time. When it had been over an hour and I still hadn’t received my pizza, I called only to be told it was “in route”. Given that I live all of a mile and a half away, I had expected to see a driver asap. Thirty minutes later, still no pizza. Pretty sure they never even started my order. Now I’m waiting on a refund. Waiting to see if they deliver on that the same way they deliver their pizza.
