Vee, thank you for making our time here amazing. The food was good but the service was even better. It was my girl’s birthday and she had an amazing time. We had the jerk wings and the mango margarita tower. It was 4 of us and just enough for all of us. If you get Vee as a server just know yall about to have a GREAT time !!!!!!!! And if you get her, talk better tip her GOOD!!!!!

The website and other marketing communications indicate open at 7pm. My friend and I arrived at 8pm on a Friday, only to find that the lounge had not yet opened and at 8:15pm, we were told it would be about 30 more minutes before they opened. Whaaatttt???? Needless to say, we left. Be open as advertised or update your posted business hours.

I went there a few months ago when DJ Yoga, was DJn in the lounge. he had up turnt up, he played our birthdays requests without charging, he even had us doing karaoke. we felled in love with the lounge. so Saturday Invited all 50 frats out to have a good time. that’s at 12am the lounge was dead. no in the rink or lounge. I asked where DJ Yoga was and they told us did want him DJn because he played a few songs with cussing in it. that’s wild. So we decided to leave once went sit down because the music wasn’t good and some told us the bar where DJ Yoga was DJn at so we went there. BRING DJ YIGA BACK ON FRIDAY N SATURDAY, shout to the server Stacy she tried her hardest to get us to stay. but with skate music playing upstairs the crowd will never be there.

Bartenders are under the influence & very slow. No sense of urgency. Didn’t greet myself or peers. Stood at the bar for a while before being served. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

I can’t find the words to describe how WONDERFUL this restaurant is !!!! The food, staff, atmosphere is top notch !!! ? percent perfect !!!!! We had a reservation for 15 to twenty people…..I can’t wait to do it all again !!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful time!!!

Came here for a get together on a Sunday evening. Couldn’t have been happier with the decision. We had a party of 12 and our server V did a phenomenal job with our drink and food orders. The food was delicious, with perfect portions. I definitely recommend the lamb chops, jerk chicken, rice and peas, and Mac n cheese. The drinks were amazing as well. The hookah was great, the purple haze is a great flavor to try. House, the manager, came by to check on us and make sure we were taken care of. I have to say, the staff, and facility really exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back. 10/10 you must try this place in Atl.

I went to cascade for skating. I was unaware of the lounge upstairs, so I tried it out. They opened a little later than what they were supposed to. Taco Tuesday was really good, $3 tacos! Bartender was pretty good.

The fish was salty, the tacos could've been better, they were dry, and we couldn't get the proper condiments to go with the food we ordered. There weren't enough servers to wait on everyone. The one young lady was all over the place. This was my first visit on a Tuesday, and I'm scared to come back for a second visit. The customer service wasn't what I expected.

Don't listen to any flyers for blk owned lounges in Atlanta and don't come to this place unless u have a tiny to big entourage the contests are not real and the food is bad you've been warned I won't be returning after tonight my bartender and one of The djs was friendly which is the only reason why this place gets 2 stars.......

This was our second time upstairs. Markia was such a great waitress! If you come to cascade make sure you ask for her. great energy & very attentive! Food, drinks, service 10/10 we will definitely be back.

This was a terrible experience! Everyone left very much frustrated because of the dis function and poor management. We waited a little bit to be greeted and seated. When we asked several staff members about seating we were either ignored or told to wait. Finally got seated, the drinks that were ordered took about 30 minutes to come out and didn’t seem like the bartenders knew what they were making. We ordered food, but took OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF just to get 1 out of 8 plates to the table. When we called for the manager he offered us a free tower of alcohol to compensate for the delay which doesn’t add up to the 3 hours we spent waiting on food and for our food to come out 1 by 1. We were told our food was done when in fact it wasn’t. The excuse of having another large party is what set them back is not an excuse. Large groups are to be expected for a lounge/restaurant if it was an issue of being short staffed or whatever the case may be, that could’ve been explained. Instead the manager said “when you taste our food you’ll understand why it takes long” sorry but that’s not ok. The food wasn’t enjoyed because of how long we waited and they even forgot one of our plates on top of that. Our server herself was getting frustrated because of the disorganization and it wasn’t her fault that our fist time experience wasn’t a good one. She apologized and tried to get things straightened out for us which was appreciated. Most likely not coming back it just didn’t seem like the manager was trying to take accountability for the inconvenience and it definitely costed him customers.
