Took 2 people to take a simple order . Food was still wrong & the girl that works the window with the big puff ponytail kept rolling her eyes and speaking under her breath just because I asked a simple question . Everybody seem like they don't know their job and playing and joking .

McAllister was a great. The nachos a amazing. The sandwiches are nice and fresh. I enjoyed the food and the staff is great. Thank you Marissa, Kayla, Devin and the rest of the crew for your great service. The only thing id like to see change is more people there to take orders and keeping the restrooms clean.

Food was great and fresh. The manager with dreads was friendly and helped assured bring food to table. I did have to wait about 8 minutes in the lobby before I was greeted and taken care of even though 2 employees did come out to the front but did not say anything at all. No one also offered to help assist opening the door even though I had a walker and door was not handicap accessible.

I stopped by this location for the first time and I was really pleased with the service and presentation of my takeout order. The preparer took their time and made sure everything was nicely packaged for my ride home. I truly appreciate that.

I didn’t realize I’d had a McAlister’s so close to me. I’ll be back for sure. The chipotle chicken spud and tortilla soup are always A1!

I haven't been to this location in years and I went to this location on yesterday. The guy with the glasses that work the front counter had a nasty attitude. He would get irritated every time, I would ask him about an item that they didn't have in stock. I wanted to buy some cookies but all of them were rock hard/stale. I wanted the wafer crackers for the salad and they were out of them. The restaurant was nasty, dirty, and had sticky stuff all over the counters. The grilled chicken in my Savannah chopped salad was old, the sherry shallot dressing was bitter, and my broccoli cheese soup was watered down! I'll never patronize the location again and they still have horrible customer service along with bad food!

It was expensive but good definitely wont come back again

Today I ordered ahead because I had a meeting to get to. There were pick up orders on a shelf behind the counter instead of the designated spot for pick up orders. And there was a long line of customers and only one person at the counter and I didn’t want to rudely interrupt them while they were ordering. So I went to my car try picking up through drive thru and no one answered my call through the intercom then I pulled up to the Window and no one acknowledged Me there either so I went back inside and spoke to another employee that was now at the front counter and she quickly and rudely stopped me from speaking to her because she seemed to be on the phone with her AirPods in her ear. I finally just interrupted the young man taking orders and he got his customer a drink before grabbing my meal which had been sitting on that shelf behind the counter for nearly 10 minutes and I was late to my meeting. Just awful

Stopped by while shopping in the area. Got the walnut chicken salad sandwich, with potato salad as the side. The chicken salad sandwich was really good, but felt a tad small for the price. Additionally, the potato salad was good, which genuinely surprised me. Service was prompt, but they weren't busy at all. Parked in front.

These people are rude and they do not listen. Some of us don’t eat pork and we put specifically not to add bacon and things to our orders and they added anyway they leave out items that you ordered the whole staff for October 18, 2025 is terrible.

ordered through the app ready for pick up at 12:44pm it is currently 1:33 pm as i’m writing this. the drive thru line is not moving. very inefficient
