wait time was long for mid food, fries were hot but soggy? one of them was green. would not recommend

Well it is always up in the air when dealing with a lot of restaurants in the airport. They were very busy at this time and they were trying to get orders out as they could. If the staff would walk around like there is a sense of urgency to get things done. The lady doing the drinks is not keeping up with the screen and you get your order then have to ask someone for your drinks. today it took us 5 minutes to get our drinks at least the coffee was hot. You have to order at the kiosk but then there is a sign at the counter to "order here" No information to tell you to use the kiosk for ordering.No ambiance that is for sure.

McDonalds should be embarrassed to have a location like this. Yelp should give the ability to give minus stars. The staff should all be fired. The worst and rudest I have ever encountered, they act like they are doing you a favor. Got 1 sandwich when I ordered 2. Truly a pathetic place. This was the McDonalds in terminal E. By looking at all the negative reviews hopefully McDonalds does something to rectify this nonsense.

This place is not a good spot to get your food quick, the people take to much time to make your meal. the people making the sodas is super slow she was talking to one of her friend not really doing her job. I never got my soda and almost miss my flight because of that.

Waited 30 minutes for a hot chocolate while everyone else got their food and drinks. Service staff completely ignored me.

I waited in line for about 20 minutes. Never did get waited on because 2 employees were just laughing and giggling while customers were trying to get their attention to place and order. Some people had ordered on the app and between their disgraceful lack of attention it looked as though those orders were being filled but some had no straws, wrong orders, etc. . The electronic menu was only showing McCafe items. Never could see the menu for dinner. If it was app only, should have showed that, but there were many people in line to place and order at the register. People who did not have the app. PLEASE BE SURE AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE MORE ATTENTIVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. WORSE MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. My husband and I had not eaten all day and wasted what little time between flights on your employees lack of respect. And did not get to eat before our plane left. AGAIN WORSE SERVICE EVER.

Those poor employees look just dead inside. The food took almost 15 minutes from the time I ordered before it was ready. Probably the worst tasting McDonald's fries I've ever had. I don't know if the oil needs to be changed or what. My burger was falling apart. The Fanta Freeze was pretty good.

This place is a complete joke! They say they are open at 6 AM. They stand there and watch a line including us stand there for 35 minutes and then try to tell us they don’t open until 7. Do your job or at least inform people they are waiting for nothing. Luckily we found something much better tasting with workers happy to serve at boardwalk burgers and fries.

Airport food is always a dicey thing. Its either bad, or the service is slow, or some horrible combination of both. I was in a huge rush. I was on a business trip to Carlsbad, CA and my first flight from Fort Wayne, IN to Atlanta, GA was horribly delayed. Originally I was going to have a two hour layover, that became rushing to get some food and then rushing to the plane. I ran to McDonald's and ordered a big breakfast with a coke.The lady doing the drinks went on break, and so I had to wait... hoping I would make my flight. Mind you other employees were there but their assembly line process seems cannot take too much deviation. Also had to wait for the drink to give the food for some reason.Once she got from break, I stuffed that breakfast and drink down in 5 minutes and ran for the gate... just making it.Airports suck. This McDonalds also can use for better service.

15 minutes and still waiting on chicken biscuits. Employees are actively socializing with off duty employees. Bottom of the bottom here Mcdonalds. Got my biscuits three minutes later, and all ice in my Dr. pepper was melted. Had to choose Dr. pepper because they were out of Coca-Cola, at a Mcdonalds.

Almost missed my flight after standing in line for 30 mins … my gate was A10 literally right across . Ordered 2 cheeseburgers , $4 … added bacon … another $4 . Got 2 cheeseburgers with no bacon … i used to work at McDonald’s as a teenager and all I can say is this is the worst one yet.. even at an airport location.

Worst McDonalds in the entire country. I ate this almost 10 hours ago and i still feel sick and like i'm going to throw up. Even if this is the only thing open when you arrive at ATL, starve yourself until morning.

Asked for no onions. Grabbing my food before boarding my flight, it was not possible to return to get this right. I also thought if you can get a simple request right, how do they manage the more complex and important concerns like keeping things sanitary.

What can I say? It's Mickey Ds at the airport. The line was long. However, they were working it and handling their business. My fries weren't that great. But I ate most of them because I was hungry. It was late after work.
