I am an airline employee and by far this is the absolute worst franchise.
I witnessed 6 passengers walking away after paying for their meals because the wait was so extensive.
there was a passenger traveling with a small child that was waiting on line for over 20 minutes for a Kids meal.
She was about to give up and I stepped in to wait for her so she would not miss her flight.
The staff is very inept and not customer oriented. Some serious training need to be facilitated...read full review

Took forever to get 2 sandwiches
The McDonald’s on concourse A is ran better than any McDonald’s I’ve seen in many years. Fast , friendly and courteous. Food is properly prepared and a good value. Good management and training is evident at this location. Again that is concourse A.

McDonald's at the airport offers a convenient dining experience, despite the long lines. The staff efficiently handles the high volume, providing fresh food like hot fries and tasty Happy Meal nuggets. The manager was there taking care of the issue and the cashier was so sweet. However, the line was extremely long and there is no professionalism at all. Some orders are wrong, like a deluxe quarter pounder that was a deluxe chicken, which was tough. While the prices may be higher than in the hometown, the quality of the meal makes it worthwhile, especially for late-night cravings.
