After arriving from an international trip, was excited to get some French fries and a Coke. The young woman taking my order was polite but new and didn't understand the ordering system. Our order was completely wrong. The kicker for me is that when they called my order number, I picked it up for the counter on the right side of their counter. I ordered 1 small cheese burger, 1 small fries and 1 small coffee.\nI got 2 cheese burgers, a large fries and no coffee.\nWhen I said that’s not what I ordered the man said to me you’ve got two cheeseburgers what’s your problem? I had a very disappointing experience with a McDonald’s employee during the early morning shift at the Concourse A location in Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Around 6:00 AM, the cashier working the front counter was exceptionally rude and unwelcoming to every customer she interacted with.\n\nShe made no effort to greet anyone and instead rolled her eyes and scowled as customers placed their orders. Similarly, at the Concourse E McDonald's location on May 26th, 2023 at 5:30 PM, three employees were noted for their hard work and efficient service. They were able to handle a line of 20 people without missing a beat, with one employee working two point-of-sale computers, another making fries and fulfilling orders, and the third cooking in the background. The customer was so impressed that they were willing to overlook any potential issues with the food quality.
