I genuinely don’t understand how it takes 10-15 minutes in an empty drive thru to get two egg and cheese biscuits… nor do I understand why there’s only one person working the front in the morning, because she’s too busy cleaning, etc. (same person all 3 times I’ve been) to take my order promptly…. I also don’t understand (and this is the nail in the coffin for me) how you make an americano with nothing added taste like pure bacon grease and the water ordered with it so acidic that drinking it makes my whole mouth tingle???? Super sad, and even more super confused…

Usually don’t rate fast food restaurants, but I had the best service last night. My girlfriend and I had our cat in the car and the man at the drive thru asked what his name was and then asked if he can handle dairy, when we said yes he gave him some whipped cream in a cup to match the McFlurrys we ordered. Great team there.

i come to this mcdonald’s every single day and i only have issues when the dark haired young man with acne that wears glasses works the second window. he routinely forgets to include items in my order or gives me the wrong item entirely. no one else at this establishment has this issue but him. get him off the window. he needs to work in the back away from paying customers.

This place needs help. Been here 3 times. First time, they forgot about me in the drive through after asking me to pull forward and wait. Second time, they just didn’t make my dine-in order. Third time, no napkins, condiments, etc at the self-serve counter and the place is filthy. It’s also super stuffy and hot. Is ventilation out of the budget?
You need to wait in line just to get a napkin, they are not provided and nowhere in the restaurant, they keep them somewhere hidden

MOD needs to be replaced. Myself and 3 other people literally were left standing front counter for almost 15 mins w no recognition. No greeting, no one moment, NOTHING! It took a young lady in a vest to finally try and assist after she was trying to pack orders and saw no one was being helped. But when one person took it upon herself to get her own ketchup after 20 mins the MOD def had smart comments to share w her staff. IT IS NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS FAULT FOR SCHEDULING ERRORS, LACK OF COMMUNICATION OR THE INABILITY TO COVER YOUR SHIFT. No excuses. Won’t be back to this location.

This mcdonald's is terrible. I waited 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger just for it to have the top bun ripped in half and the sandwich looked like it was thrown at a wall before they put it in my bag. Wasn't busy at all.
