Horrible attitude of the lady upfront! EMTs were trying to get lunch at about 11:30 today 4/20 and I witnessed the lady upfront just being hateful. The lady first tried to tell the male EMT he needed to go thru the drive thru despite him telling her he ordered for counter pick up, then when he said he was in their ambulance and couldn’t possibly do that, she got annoyed and she said she didn’t have the order and literally flat out just walked away and stopped speaking to him all together. Treating our local EMS this way is disgusting. Thankfully they finally found his order and he received it but these people are out everyday saving lives and they deserve basic respect. Crazy attitude!

If McDonald's goal is to drive away customers, it's doing a great job. This is the second location that I've seen with parking on the opposite side of the entrance. You're forced to use kiosks to order and all of the associates have attitudes. The food prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. If I didn't have kids, I'd never go to another McDonald's again.

Customer service training is really needed there for some staff. The lady who handed me my order in the drive-thru did just that, and only that! There was no smile, thank you, or anything. I honestly don't think she even looked at me!

Okay I was there at 6am yesterday morning, it was cold and pouring down rain. In the drive thru with the woman who took my order to the man who was at the window- omg you would’ve thought it was Christmas morning. Everyone was so happy and in such a good mood. So genuine, cracking jokes, gave me extra jelly and napkins, I just had to come on here and say it literally made me have the best day lmao. Food was great but y’all were epic and I really appreciated your genuine kindness and professionalism, and I hope I see y'all soon! Thank you truly
