Okay I was there at 6am yesterday morning, it was cold and pouring down rain. In the drive thru with the woman who took my order to the man who was at the window- omg you would’ve thought it was Christmas morning. Everyone was so happy and in such a good mood. So genuine, cracking jokes, gave me extra jelly and napkins, I just had to come on here and say it literally made me have the best day lmao. This is probably my favorite McDonald's in Atlanta. I've stopped going to most others due to poor service and bad food. This one is always busy, but the staff are nice and the drive thru line moves quickly.Sometimes the drive thru line is so long you can't get out the one exit to be able to make a left, as the other exit has been made to be a right turn only now, and it's in the wrong direction to get back on the interstate.

Customer service training is really needed there for some staff. The lady who handed me my order in the drive-thru did just that, and only that! There was no smile, thank you, or anything. I honestly don't think she even looked at me!
