McKendrick's Steak House

It was our first time back as a family in 3 years. Kiana was an amazing host, she gets 10/5 stars. Food was as amazing as always if not better.

Marcus , our waiter was a delight. Very personable and attentive. We also had a warm conversation ( but short) with the General Manager , Sean, who was most apppreeciative of our patronage . Over A++ service and food .

Food and drinks were excellent. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Fried oyster appetizer was maybe the best I’ve ever had. The batter fry was so good. Best of all was the service. Marcus was outstanding, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. His suggestions and pairings were perfect. The bourbon crème brûlée was excellent.
Highly recommend McKendrick’s not cheap but definitely worth it.

Took my husband here for his birthday. McKendrick's is his favorite local steak restaurant. The food is excellent, and the service is always top tier! We even ran into Mr. McKendrick. He is such a lovely person with a big personality. We have never had a bad experience here, whether just the two of us or a large group. Highly recommend!

We love the food, service and ambience at McKendrick's. We have not found another location in the Atlanta Metro area which matches it.

We love this place. Went on a whim last night and it was excellent. Wedge salad, 6 oz filet, scallops (best anywhere!) and sautéed spinach. Coconut cream pie was amazing! I mean really really good. Kimberly was our server and she's the best.

I used to come here growing up for celebrations and milestones; I started coming back recently and remembered why I love this place so much. Atlanta dining staple and classic steakhouse with some of the best service around, excellent steak & seafood, and incredible sides. Cocktails are always on point too... So glad I rediscovered McKendrick's and now come here often with friends and family!

We met with one of our favorite reps, and I suggested McKendricks. Our table concierge Antonio was absolute perfection with his team member. The meal tasted divinely with the crab steak topping, making me float to heaven. The steaks were cooked to perfectly. Everyone enjoyed themselves, and thanked me for suggesting McKendricks. Their entire staff made us feel comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

I thought the service here was very good. The noise level was low. That might be because it was not very busy on a Tuesday night. The server was very informative, and he did tell us that regardless of temperature, our steak would be served with a heavy char. He was not lying, and unfortunately I did not care for this style. I think this was just a preference; however, I think that if I was paying these prices I would prefer to get my steaks elsewhere in the future. The sides and drinks were very good, but given the cost of the steaks, I just couldn't get past the char.
