We used to love Lazy Dog because they were very consistent. Unfortunately, the Valentine's special wasn't what was advertised when we went to the Allen, TX location. The backlog on the appetizers and food was around a 45-minute delay for both and they were out of the Butter Cake (which is why we decided to do the special). We went there the other nite for Valentines Day Dinner in Kissimmee our reservation was for 6pm was seated at 6:30 ordered an appetizer it took over an hr just to get that placed our dinner order by 8pm still haven’t gotten our dinner we ended up leaving the manager did not offer anything to us except paid for our 2 drinks & appetizer which we thought was very rude so needless to say we will not be returning there

There is a home flavored taste to all the dishes. Very home style foods every time. very spacious atmosphere inside or outside .
