Metrobottle is a welcome addition and a neighborhood staple on the west side of Metro Atlanta, easily one of the best package and liquor stores around. The store itself is amazingly well maintained, clean, bright, inviting, well-organized, and always fully stocked. The vibe is upscale but super welcoming and not stuffy at all. The selection is outstanding, broad and vast, diverse, and clearly curated with care. It ranges from everyday wine and bourbon finds to harder-to-get bottles, rare bourbons, limited allocations, high-end wines, craft spirits, and cool local picks. The staff is top notch, always helpful, courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. They are eager to help, know their stuff, genuinely care, and give amazing recommendations and solid recs based on taste or budget, whether for bourbon, whiskey, wine, tequila, or gin. They host awesome in-store tastings, fun events, and exclusive releases that create a fun, welcoming environment and a real community feel. There is also a glass recycling reciprocal for added convenience. While there are a few kinks being worked out, the service, effort, great vibes, and fantastic selection more than make up for it, making Metrobottle not just a liquor store but an experience. It is highly recommended as a go-to bottle shop.
