They did it again! The "Friday of Labor Day Weekend- Annual New Orleans Shrimp Boil" surpasses expectations every year. I just don't know how they do it!!! We are a shrimp boil family and I have never been able to duplicate the perfection at which they cook the shrimp. It helps that they serve actual PRAWNS! The price is so reasonable, the salads and desserts, delish, the NOLA band was great, and the gorgeous weather made this our favorite event of this whole weekend....
MetroFresh is a place for people from all parts of the city to gather for food and friendship. The sense of community is strong and there is always a welcoming face when you enter. The food is fantastic and Mitchell Anderson is one of the most devoted and talented chef/owners I know.
We were intrigued by the Valentine's Day dinner, we eat lunch and brunch there all the time. It was fantastic! The Lobster Risotto and the Beef Short Rib Pasta were delicious. The light jazz musicians - perfect! We'll be back
