Food was fine, but most of the tables were dirty, and this is the second time I've come in that they were out of the majority of the Freestyle flavors. They should tell you that before you buy a large drink!

Why is the door always locked everytime I come??? I’m looking at the business hours right now and it’s currently 11:45am, the sign states it open at 10:30

If you order a full entree and a cup of queso, you should get more than 1/10 of a bag of chips. Besides that, the food tastes like every other Moe's.

The guys who were working tonight during the dinner rush handled it like pros. They were so kind, professional, and quick!!

One day I walked into the break room at work, I smelled a delicious smell and look over to see my manager eating a chicken quesadilla with peppers and onions. I knew at that moment, I HAD to have one just like it. I used my adept problem solving abilities to find out more details about WHERE this beautiful masterpiece had come from….. “moes. It’s right next door”. That one sentence, seemingly meaningless to the oblivious bystander, changed the course of my life forever. The first quesadilla I had was perfection. Crispy, juicy, delicious, and not that expensive. I felt like a kid on Christmas every time I walked in to hear the cheery “welcome to moes!” From the beautiful owners who i had grown to love. I started going more, 3-4 times a week. Occasionally I would dream of the quesadilla and have it for breakfast. I even had it 2 times in one day. They knew me well at that point and knew how I liked my quesadillas. A year or so later, I found a new job and have missed them ever since. I am currently writing this from florida, 2.5 years later… eating a gross moes quesadilla, thinking, nay, YEARNING for the moes on Power Ferry. I have not been able to find a single moes in the continental United States that does their quesadillas like this one. I think about them probably once a day. Next time you go in, give an extra smile or tip for me to them. I only hope the best for them, and miss them every single day. Needless to say, don’t take people, places, or things (proper nouns) in your life for granted, because one day you might move to Florida.

I always come to this location because it’s within walking distance of my apartment; However, i won’t be back for a LONG time. Came in for a burrito and all the ingredients were horrible. Overcooked dry steak, shriveled up reheated corn, brown lettuce, etc. And the chips are always really dark, over fried, and burnt. The employees were really confusing to talk to because i’m pretty sure they all just came inside from a burn sesh outside. Glad I used a birthday promo and didn’t pay a dime for my food because I couldn’t get through 3 bites and couldn’t even fall back on the chips because they were nasty too

This is easily the worst Moes in franchise history. I have tried to give this place a shot on several occasions and have been extremely let down every time and the last time was the final straw. I never get greeted when walking in or even acknowledged that I'm there without saying "excuse me" or trying to grab someone's attention due to the employees being too busy on their phones and/or cutting up in the back. They messed up my whole order and then tried to argue with me on what I ordered. Bottled drinks (I got fountain) no cheese for my nachos. My burrito bowl was so comedically empty I could see the bottom of the bowl without even eating any of it yet...and on top of that no chips for my whole order. I always leave a hefty tip as well as I know how working fast food can be but these employee just don't care. Save your money and go literally anywhere else

Excellent customer service. You are greeted when you walk in the door. You don’t wait long to be serviced. The food is fresh and hot and scrumptious. The restaurant is quiet, clean, and music playing in the background. Special shout out to Waurice. I love his energy, and he fixes your plate with LOVE!!! And his professionalism is unmatched. Love this restaurant.

this place use to be the best! the former employees were lovely always greeted you, had the stations super clean and the food was amazing. The new management and new employments are awful, the food is horrible, and place is dirty. Pretty sure they’ll be shutting down soon or later.

Absolutely worse experience I’ve had at Moe’s tonight. The guy was too busy cleaning the counter to service me. The lady did not greet or budge to help me. After scrubbing down the table to HIS LIKING, the guy FINALLY came to where I was and grabbed gloves. Nope DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS!! He stood there having a staring contest with me versus asking what would you like. Definitely need better customer service bc both will cause you to miss out on customers. Will not be back to this Moe’s.

New management? Worse in every way. Used to be in my regular lunch rotation, but I think it's time to say goodbye to Moe's. The entire staff has turned over, portions are smaller, the Salsa is always empty, and prices seem to have jumped 50%. A ten dollar lunch is now over 15.

This place stinks out loud. Grimy and food never tastes fresh. I order on app. Drive 10min and still have to wait 15min. This is possibly the worst moes in the state.
