Mujō has exceeded expectations every time I’ve gone. I’ve now done the dinner seating and private room. It is such a calm and ‘good vibes’ environment to enjoy the amazing technical artistry and top tier fish. The staff makes sure every need is taken care of promptly. Service was amazing, but the food wasn’t worth $245 per person. Also, given the price of the tasting, gratuity should’ve been included but wasn’t. It’s almost $300 (including a 20% tip) per person if you don’t add anything on. I’ve tried Bacchanalia and Lazy Betty which were worth their prices, but Mujo fell a bit short for me.
The team there remains undefeated. Incredible evening, incredible food. My first time was 13-14mo ago celebrating a work achievement with a friend; the front of house staff remembered me. Floored in the best way.
