I had a great experience today thanks to Fatou. She was wonderful – very friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. What impressed me the most is that she went out of her way to go to another store and brought me fresh, hot Nathan’s fries. They reminded me of my Coney Island Nathan’s experience. Her warm attitude and dedication truly brightened my visit. Keep up the amazing work, Fatou!
I was in a rush this morning going to my flight when i stopped at nathan’s to get some breakfast khady and fatou gave me great customer service which i really appreciated definitely will be stopping by again next time i pass by .
Nothing was ready, the hotdogs took 15 minutes to cook. They ran out of fries and they gave us potato chips as a substitute. Also, the worker started to handle the raw hotdog meat with her bare hands until her coworker reminded her
