I come here often. The okra soup is amazing. I brag about so much that last Saturday I paid for 4 orders with extra meat and fufu. My sister was there as well and she ordered the same thing. Normally adults are working but that day it was teenagers/young adults, so the service was horrible! The young lady working said it was not enough okra soup for all our orders and it will be 30 minutes until a new batch is ready. We paid and kindly left and came back to her saying another 20 minutes. We were irritated and hot, yet we waited. We weren't offered anything to drink for our wait nor did anymore people come in to help her on such a busy Saturday. Now it's over an hour and other customers are coming in yelling about the wait time as well. That was very uncomfortable to witness but we understood the anger. Our food is finally ready and our container were full of oil and not the extra meat that we paid for. The oil made a total mess. I asked the young lady where is the extra meat. She said I only can give you what I had. I said no ma'am, that's not how this works. Either give us what we paid for or refund us. We didn't wait all this time for a container of oil and fatty pieces with no meat on it! I said it should not be an argument. You should be more than accommodating since we were kindly waiting!. She went in the back and brought out what we thought was our extra meat. It was mostly bones. I was so pissed off i had to walk away. I couldn't really say what I wanted to because this is a child to me. We did not get my usually awesome okra soup full of orka and meat. I will call before I come back here to make sure some adults are working from now on.

The Chicken Yassa and yellow rice were good. The jollof rice tasted burnt.

Food was absolutely amazing. Service was even better. All the ladies at the store explained what everything on the menu was and also blessed with the portion sizes

I recently tried Nema Kitchen on Campbellton Rd SW in Atlanta, and I was wowed by the authentic flavors. From the spices to the sauces, everything tasted so fresh and traditional. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better. I'll definitely be back for more of those delicious African dishes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a taste of African cuisine!

Please put in effort to make good food and get rid of the strong smell. I'm sorry but I hope you take this positively.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an African restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia. The authentic flavors were truly something special. I could taste the love and care put into each dish. The spices were perfectly balanced, neither too strong nor overpowering. I was genuinely impressed with the rich, bold tastes that reminded me of home-cooked meals from back home. The welcoming atmosphere and delicious food make this a must-visit spot for anyone who loves African cuisine. I highly recommend giving them a try.

As a native of the Gullah/Geechee region, I am a lover of rice and various rice dishes which were originally derived from West Africa. Nema Kitchen in Atlanta, GA has been blessed with God's grace because the food is incredibly delicious!! The lamb cheb dinner (rice cooked with lamb with add'l lamb on the side) which is paired with cabbage and carrots is one of the most delightful meals I've ever tasted. For those who enjoy cow foot soup, it is oh so good! Make your way to Nema Kitchen located at 2905 Campbellton Rd. SW, Atlanta, GA 30311 and prepare to be pleasantly served and pleased with any and all of the amazing food dishes. You can thank me later.😊
