Decent stay but have been unable to reach anyone at the front desk. The phone rings on and on with no answer and no voicemail to leave a message. Reached out to IHG who also could not get a hold of the hotel. Unacceptable.

Yall know me I’m ALWAYS #lLOWKEY Checked into my room w my id CC my beltbag and changed into my swim wear ran to the pool for abt an br came back and the connecting door was cracked like open. Still didn’t realize I got robbed until I got dressed to switch my ID and money Cc etc to the other purse. WE NEVER EVEN LEDT THE PROPERTY!! We were only there for abt 2 hrs!! I wish I could write a positive review, but unfortunately, our stay at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Midtown was deeply disappointing from the moment we arrived—exhausted, with two young children in tow, after a 5.5-hour drive.
