Upon arrival I come to find out that the older lady at the front desk with glasses handed my order to some random doordasher. The manager assured me that he would have the order remade as soon as possible, right before he walked out the door along with the host herself minutes later and left me waiting with no one to check on my order or to see if it was even being rushed as he claimed. I am not at all satisfied with the customer service here at all.

When I say you can eat anything here and be amazed, you would think I am a lier. Why? Because no one is perfect right? Wrong! Ninos could be the best Italian restaurant in the country. Consistent, traditional and precise to the old country.

The customer service was exceptional and I appreciated the atmosphere. The food however wasn’t the best Italian food. Al thought it was largely portioned the quality and flavors lacked. I was a bit disappointed but we won’t be going back. We got the chicken parm and veal piccata and me and my husband were disappointed.

You'll be hard pressed to find better Italian food anywhere in Atlanta!I've had several different dishes dining in as well as take out and the food has always been great. Highly recommend the "Torchietti Gabriela"I dined in this evening and had the pleasure of being served by Sasha who did a fantastic job taking care of us.

Atlanta's old school Italian spot. Excellent traditional American Italian with the perfectly surly service you might expect in such a place.
