Nothing Bundt Cakes

Ordered 2 boxes of Bundtinis yesterday. The product itself was tasty and fresh. The customer service I received was terrible. First I tried to call the order in the day prior, the lady working put me on a 20+ min hold without getting back to me on the phone. Yesterday during pickup, I needed, as a customer to utilize the establishment’s restroom after driving for more than an hour as a courtesy. She wouldn’t let me at all. Instead she coldly told me to go elsewhere. I think as a paying customer, this place could have atleast done me a solid and let me use the restroom for the literal 15 seconds I needed to use it.

We had such a wonderful experience today at this Nothing Bundt Cakes location! Alana greeted us with warmth and kindness. The cakes were absolutely delicious. The customer service takes the whole experience to the next level. It’s rare to come across an owner who is so personable and genuinely cares. My Husband and I definitely be coming back for more. Thanks for making his birthday special. I highly recommend this location!

When I say Tamya makes my day with her bubbly personality she really does keep it up you’ll go far in this world sweetheart. Anywho I’m in there like 3 times a week and everytime is so refreshing I be ready to give NBC all our coins lol. The cakes are forever on point that (red velvet) let’s just say it’s not old school but that new school taste DOING SOMETHING lol got my tastebuds in a chokehold you hear me.

Tamaya at the counter did not have the best customer service. She did not give the option for it to be wrapped before I checked out and just handed me the order. So after check out, I asked if it could be wrapped and she had a bit of an attitude and reluctantly proceeded to add the additional charge for wrapping. She then proceeded to ask in a condescending tone which color and flower do I want to pick. I gave my answer and she snatched the cake back and proceeded to take someone else's order. The whole ordeal was not the best experience and maybe she needs more training on customer service. Im just hoping nothing was done to the cake in the back.

I’ve been going to Nothing Bundt Cakes for about two years now. I got the lunchbox where you can buy 3 get 1 free every time you visit. They always have great customer service and obviously I love the cakes lol. This is not a cake shop. It’s literally just Bundt cakes and they’re great! They have parking but it’s very limited. There are 2 reserved spots and the rest is free parking but only like 4 spots.

I don’t eat sweets that often but I was lucky enough to try both of the limited edition flavors: Banana Pudding & Strawberry Cheesecake swirl the dropped in July(2025). The banana pudding cake was good and a nice switch up from my normal go to flavor: lemon, but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. The Strawberry cheesecake flavor was good and the cheesecake in the middle with strawberry sauce on top was the perfect combo! I can say I do prefer the cakes after I let them sit out for about 20 minutes versus straight out the fridge. Eating the cakes while cold does make them seem dry just a little pro tip!

I've visited several north Georgia locations, and this one was very disappointing. The location is horrible. I spend 10 minutes circling around several blocks. It is located behind a restaurant, and the sign is hidden behind a tree. Both bundtlets I bought were dry and flavorless, lemon raspberry and carrot. Good thing they were BOGO, or I would have returned them.

I literally called before placing a door dash pick up order to see what time did they close. The young lady proudly said 7pm. I get there at 5:41pm for pick up and now it’s a sign on the door stating that they close at 5pm. Like what? What time between 3:30pm and 5:41pm was that decision made. Waste of Gas, never again.

This location is the only one in the NATION that has there own rules and does not accept $20 cash payments. I guess they make there own rules. I asked to speak to the management and of course they were unavailable!!

We got Four Mini Bundt Cakes for Mothers Day and they were absolutely delicious! My favorite was the Lemon Bundt Cake. All the Bundts were delicious we had Lemon,Carrot Cake,Chocolate and Strawberries and Cream!

Literally the last three days they’ve been closing early. There’s nothing but a note on the door for the inconvenience. Avoid this location.
