The food here is fantastic, I drive 45 minutes to eat it. I came in 20 minutes before closing (reasonable) and they said the kitchen was closed and refused service. The hours on google should be updated to what time the kitchen is closed, as patrons like myself are not local. But I love this restaurant, so I tried yesterday, 5:40 I was there ready and even brought a first timer with me. To my dismay, they were closed on a random Monday. So I guess I have to call before I ever...
Got the spicy tonkotsu and ordered it to go. They had it ready in 5 minutes and the ramen was amazing! The spicy broth is the perfect heat for me and also has a nice creaminess. I recommend adding more pork if possible because I couldn't get enough!
Food is good and service is great. I'm not a big ramen person, but a lot of people say it's the best ramen in town. My only complaint is that they can get super busy but don't allow reservations, but they do have a wait list.
