First time here and the food was Great. I had the Truffle Shoyu Ramen and Braised Ribs. The ribs were super tender more tender than a lot of the barbecue restaurants a lot around Atlanta that I tried. The ramen was a little bit different there is a truffle oil and spinach in it along with your traditional scallions. I recommend you tried this place they have a very unique ramen menu plus a bunch of other menu items.

I ordered Ramen with tofu on Postmates. Everything was great, but the tofu was so salty I had to remove it. It was an edible.

The appetizers were great, however i was a bit underwhelmed with the ramen. Noddles deemed a bit al dente for my liking and lacked flavor. I would give a solid B.

I have been ordering from Okiboru for years and frequented the Sandy Springs location a lot when I lived in the area. When I moved I was delighted to see another location near me again. I have ordered takeout many times but I don’t think I will be continuing. The portions have gotten smaller, the last two times they barely provided enough broth to even cover my noodles. It’s really disappointing considering the price. Im giving them three stars because the flavor is good, but regardless of that I’ll be checking out other restaurants moving forward.

Reducing the stars from 5 to 1 because of the degraded taste. It used to be the best Ramen I ever tasted in Atlanta and now they totally degraded the taste and the quality of spicy yasai

Okiboru Atlanta: Michelin-Starred Ramen Worth the Hype
Sometimes, we mistake salt and heavy seasoning for real flavor. Okiboru reminded me what true Japanese culinary chemistry tastes like. This wasn’t just ramen—it was a masterclass in balance, depth, and precision.
I had the Fried Chicken Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, a bowl so rich and velvety that every sip of broth felt intentional. The Okiboru buns? Pure, cloud-soft perfection—pillowy, warm, and almost too delicate to bite into (almost).
The sake flight was a journey in itself. Though I couldn’t remember every name, the contrast was unforgettable—milky and smooth, unfiltered and bold, sweet like dessert, and a dry sake that hit just right. I also grabbed a classic Sapporo, because what’s a ramen night without it?
Service was hectic and a little hard to flag down, but given the crowd, it made sense. 4.5/5—worthy of the Michelin star. If you’re in Atlanta and craving real ramen, this is where you need to be.

Great service from Sherlin. Very good food that comes out quickly and is reasonably priced, but the dining area is really loud. Hard to hear server and hard to have a conversation. Recommend sitting in the bar area, which is ironically quieter.

I often eat at the Okiboru in Gwinnett. They are closed on Monday, so I came to the one in Buckhead. Big mistake. same great recipes, smaller portions but yet same price. The garlic nori fries 80% size, & same with the ramen. instead of 3 pieces of protein, you get 2. Less noodles and broth too. Next time I will just go to Gwinnett or on Monday, just go eat Pho instead. Shrinking portions is unacceptable.

Surprisingly Delicious! I have tasted ramen with lots of veggies and creamy broths.
This is simple ramen with crafty chosen toppings and the chicken karrage is to be amazed of.
