Took my fiance to PF Changs and it was her first time. She truly enjoyed it. Chelsea was our waitress and was so friendly. The manager/hostess was also friendly greeting us. Great experience.

So I’m gonna be honest the server saved this review, she was super nice girl looked in almost tears when I told her how I felt about the night and made sure to make it right.
This place was understaffed, food was not good, there wasn’t one thing I liked between the 3 appetizers i ordered, by the time I tried the 3rd I asked to cancel my meal and pay for the food and I already got and leave.
Everyone around me was complaining about the food as well, and the chair was broken. Kinda lame date night and birthday dinner :(

Don't settle for this Pf Chang, the food isn't nearly as good as Cumberland's Pf Chang, Perimeter's portions are smaller. Cumberland Pf Chang is always consistent. You will be selling yourself short and get less for your money

So Rude. Took 10 minutes to be greeted. Food was cold and I saw roaches in the restroom. You should hire a staff with fine dining experience.

So many employees just walking around doing nothing while the kitchen is backed up so you had to wait 40min when there's only handful of people in the restaurant.
No communication what so ever and had to ask multiple times to get anything.
