Prepare to be amazed - because Pala was exceptional. You might have to stand in a brief line, or wait a bit for a seat, but I promise you it is worth it 1000x over. Sandwiches are perfect, delicious… but the show stopper was the pizza. I mean just knock me over with a feather, that might have been the best pizza I have ever had (meatball beschimella). The crust is…. Indescribable, and the sauce and cheese are perfection. I am still floored by that first bite. Oh and they have gelato…. Really really good gelato.

Love Pala but won’t be back. Ordered $120 of food and while waiting our year old needed some real food and was tired of his finger snacks. We asked for a piece of cheese or some shredded cheese and were told “we don’t do that”. We said “ hey he’s a year old and we just bought a bunch of food and I am
happy to buy some cheese?” Were told “we don’t sell our ingredients”. Won’t be back. Other places are happy to sell us a piece of cheese or give us a small bowl of shredded. Made our wait stressful while we sat seeing a bunch of cheese behind the glass and we couldn’t get a thing for the little guy. Terrible attitude. Plenty of other places to spend our money.

Pala Atlanta is our absolute go-to spot whenever we need a proper panini fix.
Their Caprese, Mortadella n meatball parm are stupidly good. Bread is always on point, crispy outside, soft inside, never soggy. Portions are huge, and the prices are honestly fair for the quality and size. Staff is always cool whether I’m picking up or dining in.
If you’re in Atlanta and you like paninis that actually taste like someone cares, just start with Pala.

What a great italian panini!!! Congrats. Awesome foccacia/schiacciata dough, fresh ingredients, nothing short of any panini I’ve ever had in Italy. Had the mortadella and the sopressata, both amazing. Will see your sandwich shop spread all over Atlanta

Not Good anymore! The sandwich was soaked by oil. Very expensive. Instead of cutting by half for customer. They put a plastic chip knife! And when i wanted to cut , everything fall apart! We had a bite and trashed the rest .
I wish they could back like old time .

I put this review because I loved this place . But last two times , the sandwiches were not the same !
It was too oily and was not cut !
The whole sandwich fell apart . I couldn’t eat !!! And I trashed it! Sad
I will try this place one more time ! Hopefully I will change this to a good review.

The panini’s are perfection…
Muffaletta is different than what I’ve had in NOLA with the addition of prosciutto, sopressetta, and fresh mozzarella and it is perfect. Great Bread.
The Sopressata was amazing as well and that crispy flat bread is sooo good.
💯 worth the drive and will be back

Im here now. Service was horrible. The staff look super depressed. Wednesday Adams is more pleasant than the cashier. Cashier needs to be retrained on customer service. Dining area was small and dirty. Not too busy yet the wait for a panini was almost 30 mins. The Panini was good. Baked goods were limited and appear to have been sitting there all day. The lemon donut was a bit stale. Sub par baked goods

Authentic Italian experience! The pizza and paninis were absolutely delicious — it truly felt like being back in Italy. The flavors, freshness, and quality were outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back to try the gelato and pastries, which looked amazing! Highly recommended.
