The bread is old and hard, I realized since I came in that there was too much bread in the display cases. The girl who works there can see that it bothers her that customers come in, as if we were burying her. He responds with manners and barely if he wants to talk!

Very bad service one day I went to buy some bread and while I was standing in line to pay I saw how someone dropped a quesadilla on the floor all dirty and grabbed it and put it down as if nothing had happened and those who serve always have a bad character, always angry

The quality of the products is not in doubt. However, the treatment of the staff leaves much to be desired. The first employee did not know what 70 plus 50 was, she asked the other and she answered "I don't know, use your cell phone." To speed up the process I gave them the result and asked twice before paying if the three products I needed would be at the agreed time. The second person to confirm that information was the lady at the till. I arrived at the time they wrote on my receipt and they told me it would still take another hour. I asked to speak to the manager and the only solution he could think of was for me to take two products instead of three and also, I had to pay a difference for a mistake they made. At work, they requested three products for different areas and I arrived with two, one of them broken in half. Their incompetence put the quality of my work at risk. It's a shame, with trained staff and competent management, it would surely be one of the best bakeries in the area.

Bad service from the employees, they should change staff, they don't want to serve and they do it reluctantly as if it were one to ask for a gift.

Great place and great service I would definitely recommend. You might need to know a little Spanish, but the attendant was willing to help.

Not worth it at all and only accept cash.

The best Cakes in town, this my fourth and everyone always loves them.
My sister and I stopped by this bakery as we were waiting for a take out order from a nearby chicken place to be made. The customer service here was so lackluster and unhelpful. This bakery mainly serves the local Hispanic communities and all the signage in the store is in Spanish, which neither me nor my sister speak. Most of the stuff in the bakery didn't have signs saying what it was or what it contained, which is a serious allergy risk for people like my sister with food allergies. We asked the two young ladies working there on Saturday night what different pastries were and what they contained and they didn't seem to know half of the food they were selling. They also seemed confused when we asked how people grab the pastries (like if there were boxes or napkins or tongs to use). Once we picked out what we were gonna buy, we get to the register and THEN they tell us they only take cash. I find it ridiculous that a business with a physical location like this only takes cash. The two young ladies told us that there was an ATM not far away we could use and that they'd bag up our food while we went to get cash. My sister and I still had time to kill before picking up our chicken from the other place, so we went and got cash. We got back to the bakery (maybe 10 minutes later) and they hadn't wrapped up our food or anything (I guess they didn't think we were coming back). The customer service continued to be lackluster up until we left the bakery. When we tasted what we got (a couple empanadas and a couple pieces of cake), the empanadas were pretty good but the cake was dry, bland, and disappointing. I doubt I'll be going back to this bakery in the future.

This bakery has poor customer service and didn’t treat us well. Even the owner wasn’t respectful towards us. Honestly I have never seen such an attitude given towards me ever.

Busy little local Mexican bakery. Looked good, will give it a try. However the shop is in an area that's a bit on the rough side.

I went there to get sweet bread and a cake but to my surprise, they only take cash. So no sale. Cash is getting a thing of the past. I was very disappointed since I specially drove out of my way to get there
good attention from the girl
