Second time I order from this location and won’t be ordering anymore. First issue, The sandwich I ordered was so dry and bland. This time I placed an almost $100 order and half of my order did not arrive. The baguettes were just thrown in the bag like chips and it was so disappointing to only get credit that expires in a month instead of the rest of the food for my family.

Arrived at almost 7 o’clock, soufflé still had 25 minutes to cook. There was no tea, sweet or unsweet anywhere in the place. The excuse was the tea machine doesn’t work. And I could not wait 25 minutes for a soufflé so I had to order something I did not want and drink something I did not want. All because I assume the staff did not get here before the store opened to prep the food to be ready when the store opened. That is sorry management and sorry staff.

Tough to find good employees, but that doesn’t excuse employees (or manager) for not displaying even basic manners. We should be able to apply a negative tip to compensate for the terrible level of service. “Thank you.” Is it really that much of a struggle to speak those words?

Great for a quick breakfast and lots of amazing salads. The service is wonderful. The team I see almost every morning is always kind, helpful and always smiling. It's a very nice environment and a great way to start the day!

Remnant of what it used to be.
Didn't get the bread that came with my soup (and no cheese in the french onion soup) and no chips. They gave me half an order that is just terrible for more than $20.00 absolutely pathetic

I recently visited this Panera bread and unfortunately, my experience was a bit disappointing since I have been a regular customer these days with them and the sandwiches come out pretty good however some other workers don’t do a good job at all. The sandwich, priced around $12 to $14, was quite small, and the main issue was the filling: it had very little chicken and sauce, so the bread dominated the taste. I also found a hair inside the sandwich, which was off-putting. Additionally, the strawberry lemonade was inconsistent; sometimes it was overly watery and lacked the sweet, tangy flavor I was hoping for. Overall, I was quite let down by the quality and consistency of the food and drinks.

I went in after being next door at the ramen restaurant. I have been mourning a death and was having a day to where I didn’t want to be in a big social setting. I left and came to your establishment. I walked in and I was being looked at and whispered about making me feel very uncomfortable. I sat and was taking a breather and trying to figure out what it was that I wanted to order. I heard your workers beside me make jokes, call me weird, accuse me of other things as well not knowing what mental state I was in. At the very least I was a paying customer that wasn’t bothering nobody. I just wanted to have a peace of mind. Your workers were talking about me not knowing I can here them in the booths right where they give orders. They were loud and obnoxious and very rude. I eventually went up and got my order and I told them my name. Mind you the names were facing them so I wouldn’t even be able to see what orders were on the counter for pickup. The guy was harassing me even after I showed him that I ordered in my phone and being very rude. There was no need for all of that. I got my food and moved down a little so I wouldn’t be bothered by them. Then a lady with braids (employee) came and blatantly looked at me and was shaking her head and threw up her hands as if I was doing something to provoke that. As I said before I lost someone close and my friend was trynna take me out to cheer me up and I couldn’t handle the social setting so I came and spent my money at your establishment. He was next door and u destroy the space I needed. I had to call him because I felt like I was having a panic attack and the majority of the reason was your workers. They were not inviting and very much being in their own bubble and making me feel like an outcast. And all the things they were saying was uncalled for. FYI don’t judge a book by its cover because you don’t know what they’re going through and don’t know what they would retaliate and do.

Servers aren’t really approachable. Restaurant wasn’t very clean. Bread was pretty stale. Soup was ready so quickly, it didn’t surprise me that it wasn’t really warm. Probably the worst Panera I’ve ever been to.

I placed an order for the Green Goddess Chicken Salad, which I’ve had before. A few bites into the salad, I took a bite of an egg and it was off. I could not finish my salad. Thankfully, I also ordered a cherry pastry, because who only wants a salad for lunch. I took one bite and at first it was just disappointing but a few more chews and a swallow into it and it tasted like throw up. I had a coworker come a try a bite thinking that maybe my taste buds are off and she gagged eating it. I’m not sure if it’s an isolated incident, bad supplies, bad something. I will not be back.

I entered at 5:20 and placed my order. I ordered one ham and cheese sandwich with chips. I was fourth on the board. 25 minutes later all those folks received their food and three more after I ordered. At 5:50 it said the sandwich was ready but that was just putting it in the oven. My name was removed from the board and I did not even have the meal. I left with the meal at 5:55, 35 minutes after I ordered. As a side note, there was a receipt in the bag with a completely different order. Who knows whether that person received their food. There are other Panera’s with much better service in Atlanta. I will not return here.

Panera, What’s Happening?
There was a time when I absolutely loved Panera Bread, but today’s experience left me disappointed. I ordered a caramel latte, and the cashier never asked if I wanted it iced or hot. When my name was called, I received a hot latte instead of iced. It seemed like they simply poured the hot drink over ice and handed it back to me. The result? A watery, almost translucent drink that tasted more like weak coffee than a latte.
When I pointed this out, the server was kind enough to remake it, and the second attempt was better—but still, this could have been avoided and such a waste.
To top it off, I paid $20 for just two coffees and two pastries. For that price, I expect better quality and service. Honestly, I miss the old Panera—the one that was impeccably clean, where the food tasted homemade, and where attention to detail made every visit enjoyable.
Panera, I hope you can get back to the experience we all used to appreciate.
