This restaurant used to be my favorite place for lunch. But over the years, the service and food have deteriorated. Not sure what is going on. I now come every few weeks to see if the food of service has changed. But sadly itâs still the same. I will keep coming back hoping for improvement

Got takeout (took FOREVER) and then part of my order is missing when I get home over 20 minutes away. Tried to call over and over but nobody answers the phone. Honestly just assuming this is the only way they will know about this issue and just wanted a partial refund considering how pricey Panera is.

11 of us went there instead of Golberg's for a change. Big mistake! The staff is unfriendly at best, the food is so so. The atmosphere is also unfriendly. Some weird person came in, and immediately started talking on the phone loudly. We very politely asked if he could lower his voice, to which is responded by using profane language the whole time we were there. After 25 minutes, and no action from the staff or the manager, we left as did several other customers. Where was the manager!!! No idea!!! Needless to say we will stick with Goldberg's from now on!

Havenât been to Panera in years since the Peachtree Square one shut down. Go in and order takeout. I get home and half of the order is missing! Go back extremely upset and angry(in rush our traffic) the guy is more concerned about me âdisrespectingâ and talking rudely than even offering an apology to diffuse my anger! Looks like they recruit anybody and donât train them âŠâŠBuckhead has really gone downhill. Maybe Panera should reduce advertising and run their stores properly. Learn from Chic Fil A that even has cheaper food. The store did not look clean at all but I wasnât a dine in customer. Oh Iâve run restaurants in past and wouldâve never tolerated such employees.
Bad attitude from the cashier, if you don't want to work there, quit that job and look for another one that makes you happy but doesn't make the customers' day bitter. They greet people, including me, with a bitter face. That's not the attitude of customer service in a restaurant

They gave me the chicken in bad condition and the angry lady reluctantly took my order away thinking it wasn't mine why I told her the coffee was missing

Lady taking orders is very rude. They act like they donât want to do nothing. Stood in line for a few minutes while she was talking with a co worker, finally she turned around and was rude as ever. We walked out.
